If you like to wait 12 minutes outside for your propane tank to be refilled, this is the place to visit! Go inside, pay, go outside and wait forever, really enjoyed that.
Oh, by the way, the “Press for attendant “ button doesn’t work they said!
Got a refund and going somewhere else, at least the refund was quick.

Love this place. Great service and people. Excellent BBQ supplies! Hidden gem is the ability to ship items from this store. Way better than the post office!

Small error in my online order! Spoke to Brett, the manager in Keller, and he went above and beyond to make it right! The items weren't in stock, so he contacted other Ace Hardware stores, located the items I needed, went out of his way to pick them up, and made the exchange at my doorstep! Thanks for making it right, Brett!!!! That's what I call customer service!!!

Convenient. But WOW over priced. Chicken feed two and a half times what others charge. Propane 5 times per pound that other Ace hardware charge.
17.99 Yep. 50Lb at tractor supply.
Yep. just called 4.99 a lb. to fill. that's what the lady said.

Customer service is absolutely terrible. No one knew anything regarding the pizza ovens or would even try to help us. Told us wrong pricing and price tags are mislabeled and or missing. Go to a different store to save yourself the frustration!

Had an issue with a product I had purchased that was not the fault of Jabo’s Ace Hardware in any way. Went in to ask for some direction/help with the issue and James jump into action with one goal. My satisfaction. He knew the fix. Told me how to fix the issue. Provided the required parts at no cost to me. And in no time I was back in action. I can’t tell you how much this above and beyond service means to me. It’s this type of service that keeps me returning to Jabo’s Ace Hardware over the big box stores. My thanks to James. Thank you Michael too. You guys are the best!

This Ace Hardware location has the best customer service in town! In this day and age "customer service" seems to a thing of the past. But NOT at this location! The employees there are very polite, know how to smile and are very helpful. We were looking for a new Weber grill and decided to see what they had to offer. The selection was great. We were extremely impressed with James, the employee that helped us. He was very professional and knew the products. I wanted the grill assembled and at OTHER stores, they wanted about a week to deliver one assembled. James said that he could get one assembled and delivered the same day!! Wow, I was impressed. Not only did he get it delivered the SAME day, the grill was assembled, and delivered to me in 3 hours after leaving the store!! The delivery guys, one named Matt, were also very polite and professional. Ace Hardware has a customer for life. Thanks James and thanks Ace Hardware! Customer Service MATTERS.

Been coming here for years. However after this last experience will be looking for a new place for hardware. Went in for a simple propane refill. Paid for the refill and went to the refill station. The girl at the register called for the propane refill when I was there. Waited 5 minutes no one showed up. A worker passed by 3 times ignoring me as he. He was not with anyone, just appeared to be talking on phone. 10 min mark I called the front desk who stated they will get someone right out. 13 min mark another worker said he would go and get someone to help out. 16 min mark I went in for refund. Went to kroger and received a bottle immediately.
