Caitlin was great! Showed us around. Was even thoughtful in walking us around to look at the units and walked us in the shady areas as it was warm and sunny. She also got a great deal for us too. Thank you Caitlin!!!

Thank you for getting me in a sizable unit on short notice! Caitlyn is a great asset to this company! She was very patient with me and showed me grace while I was dealing with an unfortunate situation that I had to accommodate for without notice!

When it comes to customer service, Caitlin exceeded all expectations. I was making a move from out of state and she was extremely helpful from start to finish. She guided me through the rental process to make sure I had a unit sufficient for my belongings. On move-in day, my movers were not flexible with their time, so Caitlin arrived a half hour before opening hours to make sure that I was able to get in to the property. She walked me to the units to show me the best area for unloading and even checked on me an hour later. I can't express my gratitude for all that she did to make my move a little less stressful. Amazing!

I absolutely love working with Katlyn at this Public Storage. We are long time customers and we have had to get creative with some of our storage needs. Katlyn is always friendly and ready to help with all your questions/needs!! She is the BEST!!!

This is my first time getting a storage unit and the lady at the counter (forgive me, I believe Kaitlyn was her name) was so lovely and helpful. I was a little hesitant at first, but I’m very glad I came to this location!
