I've been using Alliance Auto for over 15 years and they've always done good work. They even replaced the transmission they put in my car that failed a few months after the warranty was up at no charge. Most recently, my daughter took her Hyundai Santa Fe in for sluggish acceleration when going uphill. They said it could be caused by a collapsed oil filter, bad oil control valves or coil packs. They recommended an oil flush and replacing the filter with the Hyundai OEM filter. If that didn't correct the problem, they recommended replacing half of the oil control valves and coil packs and is that didn't fix it they would replace the rest.
Thank God the folks who work here are honest and practical. The first and cheapest option fixed the problem.

From the moment I walked in, my dog was warmly welcomed with treats and fresh water, which immediately set a positive tone. The service was prompt and thorough, ensuring I felt taken care of throughout my visit.
I was particularly impressed when the staff pointed me to the best location for renewing my registration, saving me from the usual DMV hassles and long online waits.
I highly recommend this place to anyone who feels lost in the world of car maintenance. It's a gem that combines great service with genuine care!

Came for a state inspection and the old dude (I’m guessing the shop owner) seemed like he got a stick up his.. it was my first time, so after showing up and waiting outside for over 10min with no one coming to help, I left the car and walked into the shop, only then did old dude come out yelling at me to get out of the shop because it’s an “unauthorized area”, yeah like I was supposed to know that? I’ve always waited in shops while my car was getting worked on so this was a first incident. Told me to go to the lobby, which was all the way in the back and hard to see so I was lost at where to go, so he continued to yell at me rudely on the direction to take. Very rude guy with poor attitude throughout the whole process for no reason. Pointing fingers and yelling and being unnecessarily sassy, only seemed to care about the money he’d be getting paid, and was very slow with the service. Never doing business with them again.
