I came in yesterday to ask if they could repair a broken necklace chain. It took them all of 2 minutes to do it, and they didn't charge me a penny! I'll definitely be visiting them again to work on a project I've been thinking about for awhile now. They are awesome!

I dropped off a ring to get resized and it had an engraving pattern all around. I was told there would be a small line where the resize would be done. When I picked up my ring, I was informed that they were able to match the engraving. I cannot even determine where it was resized since they did such a great job. So happy with the result.

I had been going to this jeweler for over a decade but the last couple of times I went in, jobs they once did on the spot were requiring two weeks! When I expressed my disappointment and surprise I got an uninterested shrug from the employee. It is sad when a local business is unconcerned with those long-time customers who recommended them to others. I found another jeweler who did the job in less than five minutes and they didn't even charge me saying that it required so little to fix the issue. I won't be going back to Alliance Jewelers.

Have taken a bracelet in twice in the last 6 months for a simple repair to a link that keeps disconnecting . Yesterday it broke again. I wouldn’t mind how expensive they are or how long it takes to get repairs done if they actually fixed the item correctly. Go somewhere else

Despite what the hours say, they are NOT open on Mondays. There's a handwritten sign on the door stating as of Aug 15, 2022 they will not be open on Mondays until further notice. Total waste of time.

Poor customer service and etiquette. Makes decisions for clients with out inquiring of them first, is not apologetic when mistakes were made, and has a condescending demeanor.

The Jeweler was pleasant to talk to.Unfortunately, when I dropped off my wife's ring to be sized on Saturday, I was promised that it would be done on Thursday. I told him I was getting it sized for a Christmas present. On Thursday, I called the store to see if it would be done and was told all repairs are a week and a half to two weeks. I mentioned the promised due date and was told that would only be possible with an expedite. I don't know what that is because it was never mentioned. I told her I would be right over to pick it up.45 minutes later when I picked it up, the lady told me that my ring was in the front of the line and he was about to start on it. So what was the phone call about? If she told me on the phone what she said in the store, this review would be totally different.I would gladly have paid twice the repair price if they could have met their commitment. I'm left wondering why the timing changed in just 45 minutes. I've worked at jewelry stores in my past and have plenty of experience with repairs. We would ALWAYS mark on the repair envelope the promised delivery date so the jeweler knew what the customer expectations.

I've tried calling this place four times in a day and no answer. I question their committment to service if they're unable to handle one of the most basic aspects of running a business; answering the phone when it rings.

Alliance did a fantastic job. I took my wedding ring to another jeweler initially and they gave an extremely high price to fix a pretty small problem. I ran across Alliance and saw all the great reviews and decided to swing by. I’m glad I did. They were very professional, gave me an estimate on the spot, and they addressed the issues in about a week for significantly less. I appreciate honest, professional, and customer friendly businesses and I love to support local businesses. I will be back and have already referred 2 others.

Jewelry repaired, that’s the norm. 5 star service. But-custom jewelry is another! Alliance Jewelry made me 4 pinky rings; renditions of my sorority pledge pin. They came out perfect-the recipients were thrilled with their rings. A true treasure that invoked precious memories of our college days. Another experience was to design/make our family rings. The women has diamonds/gold & the men are solid gold. They are outstanding and are memorable rings for generations to come.

This is my favorite jeweler store.Nothing glitzy or glamorous just skilled quality work at a fair price.And they can offer fair prices bc they're not paying massive overhead of wasteful ostentatious flair.
