Had an amazing experience at this Keller location, very organized and clean. The selection of products was awesome and the customer service was above and beyond. Joanna was very knowledgeable in the hair products and help me pick the very best products for my hair. she was very kind, and I will be visiting the store in the near future because of her.

The lady up front is super rude, even when you call she's so rude. Like she's being bother that you even ask a question. Terrible customer service, I definitely will only be going to the RDA pro mart up the street from now on.

My daughter and I are both cosmetology students. Shopping here was such a pleasant experience. Ms. Joanna was helpful. We are fortunate to have a great resource in town.

I have never dealt with such unprofessionalism as just now on the phone with the craziness that just happened. I guess Armstrong is making plenty of money considering they just lost a customer. I normally spend anywhere from $250-500 every time I go to Armstrong but will never give a dime to this store again. I hope the owner understands whomever is dealing with their customers needs to understand we are dealing with special times and the way this idiot just dealt with me lost the owner money I'm sure would have helped.

The staff here is so kind and helpful. They are always interested in each person and remember you when you walk in the door. They usually have everything I need so I don’t have to search elsewhere.

I visited this store about 1-2 weeks ago. I had to set up a new account as I just moved nearby. I showed my DL license and cosmetology license. Today I quickly ran in to buy some more things. The older lady behind the desk had no record of me and was so rude. The guy who entered my stuff last time was there and said he had never seen me before. They both acted so weird and treated me so rude. I have never experienced this kind of behavior from an Armstrong McCall store before. I guess they do not like to make money. The lady behind the desk told me to go back to Dallas. I wonder if the owners know they send business away. Me and my husband both own our own business and we have never treated anyone this way. I would never allow this behavior in my business.

Very very Nice lady, but not stocked well in the matrix hair colors & small product inventory everytime I go. The store in Hurst has much much more so I have to go there just for the color.?

Had what I needed, store ran down, really needs cleaned and refaced. Also the checker man really needs to listen and not charge customers for things they ask not to purchase.
