I moved here a year ago and quickly regretted signing my lease. The overall quality you get for what you pay is subpar. The fire alarm is constantly going into false alarm mode and going off at all hours of the night. I had to get a gym membership because the gym is unclean and most of the equipment is broken or needs servicing. The only pool is the size of a residential pool and always needs cleaning. Parking is extremely scarce even if you pay the $50 "reserved" spot fee. When there is an event people park in your spots. The shops downstairs are rude about parking as well. The pub downstairs always is noisy and has fights. The hallways is like living in a hotel, kids run and scream up and down them constantly. I had a family emergency and had to move out of town a month early and management refused to work with me on the matter. They want your money but do the bare minimum in keeping up with the complex and keeping residents happy.

My girlfriend has been getting sick continuously, so I decided to take a look at her ac system, and…..they are supposed to do regular cleanings lol

DO NOT RENT an apartment from Arthouse! They do not value their renters. The apartments are old and outdated. The appliances are not updated either. Management has changed hands so many times that I have lost count. I have had numerous issues with flooding and the air conditioner not working. They leave the dumpsters out behind the apartments so rats are on the property too. Management will tell you one thing and then not follow through.

I lived at Arthouse for several years and while I loved the location the complex is old and has serious issues.
The elevators are broken a lot, garbage laying around and the ceiling leaks never get fixed just patched up. Upon given notice of vacating I was given different cost amounts and after I left I still received a bill.The interiors are cheap and break a lot. I never heard or recieved any deposit refund but , honestly just glad to get out.

Really wanted to move here! But due to other reasons I couldn’t! Sandy was so helpful & really cares for you! She deserve a raise! Lol I loved the community & hopefully in the future can move here!

I have been living at Arthouse for a year now. I absolutely love it here. I'll start off with the leasing office. The new business manager, Sandy is amazing. She is so genuine and sweet and has good banter. If you bring anything to her attention, she will make sure you have an answer by the end of business that same day. Arthouse is located smack dab in the middle of keller. Located in the Keller Town Center you are right where you need to be for just about everything. This apartment complex is a mid rise complex with store front businesses on the street level below the units. Close walk to the grocery store, coffee shop, and walking trails. The units have been refreshed with a new color scheme and hardware such as handles, fans, and light fixtures. On-site employees Byron, Margarita, and Alex are such hard workers and always make sure the complex is taken care of as well if I have ever needed them for anything.

I moved in a few months ago and absolutely LOOOOVE this place. I don't write many reviews, but I had to write one about Arthouse. I can't list all of the great things about this place, but to start with, the office staff is amazing and the maintenance crew is top notch. The location? Is AAAAMAZING! Walking distance to shops, stores, parks, restaurants, etc...It has a "loft" type feel. I chose a unit facing the main street and actually love the view from my balcony of people walking their dogs, going to stores and enjoying the beautiful scenery. The fire pit I have yet to use but looks great. The fire pit as well. The hot tub and pool are secluded and private. Not one single complaint. If you're looking for a great place, whether for a short period of time or a long term lease, definitely check this place out.

Save your time and money… The location is absolutely exquisite, and at one time was probably an incredible apartment complex. However, after 8 years of renting from various apartments, this has been the WORST 10 months I have ever spent in an apartment. At move in, my apartment was horrendously dirty despite the complex’s policy to withhold $100 from previous tenant for “cleaning”. Damage caused by previous tenants was simply painted over as opposed to repaired. Laminate on cabinets peeling off and sealant/ top coat on floor coming up (sooo sticky!). Outdated and damaged appliances. Lightbulbs consistently (every couple months) burning out even with minimal use. Electricity is extremellyyy expensive in these apartments due to poor design and sealing around doors and windows (single pane). Water damage coming from roof (we live on top floor) caused all of our smoke alarms to repeatedly go off all hours of day and night - their solution was to remove all of them and not replace for over 4 weeks. Closet shelves have come out of the wall for both closets and upstairs closet doors repeatedly fall off track. Gym is very outdated and offers minimal equipment. Pool is often dirty and/ or out of order. Security door locks often out of order and doors are left unlocked. Bikes stolen from bike lock rack. Office management has changed several times since we have moved in and each new person seems to have absolutely no clue what is happening which caused maintenance concerns, etc. to go several weeks/ months without resolve. Spoke to other tenants who state AC has gone out 17 times and still not resolved. Paying rent and submitting requests the portal is a nightmare - software has several issues by my own experience and other tenants. Mold was also found in their apartments and was not resolved in any way. Lawyers were contacted who stated the owners have several open lawsuits against them. For your health and safety, please avoid this place at all costs. We will be moving out promptly at the end of our lease.

The staff at Arthouse are amazing! They are always so friendly and accommodating to our needs. The facility is always clean and maintained to a high standard. The pricing is always extremely competitive to surrounding complexes. Arthouse has been a very positive experience for us especially as first time renters.

At 10:30a the vents turn on at FNG Eats Restaurant. They run until 10:30p. It is a constantly annoying buzzing sound you cannot get away from. It’s really loud outside, and you can’t get away from it inside. We would have never moved in if we knew about the constant noise.
