I have moved to a new address and chose AT&T as my Internet provider for my new home. I came to the store and provided my address which acquired the service. The assistant filled all the necessary forms and set the date I wanted for installation which was the following day. Next morning I got a confirmation for technician visit but the address was for my old house. I called the store and asked to change the address and got an apology from the same assistant who also said that I needed to come to the store again in person. When I came again he said we needed to cancel the order and start all over again. After we filled a new order he said that the date of installation will be postponed now. I was upset but I had to take it. When it was the day of installation a technician called to confirm he is on the way but said he is coming to my old address again! I said it was wrong and I expected him at my new address. He was surprised and said he will call me back in a minute.
His call back just completely threw me off! He said that AT&T doesn’t provide their services in that area 🤦🏻♀️
My question is: didn’t the assistant at the store know that? All that time waisted when he could just check the area !

Employee misrepresented your 16 Pro 256G promotion. Said it was $15 a month. I agreed, left, looked at the receipt and saw it was $999 and $27 with a $6 promotion. So ~$20+ a month, not $15. He never showed me anything while at the store, I trusted him. Really unfortunate. Terrible experience. I'll be looking at Verizon. I worked in telco for many years and it seems he didn’t understand the promotion, or he was being deceptive for a new add.

Ledale helped my mom and I when we came in to trade in my phone. He was very helpful and knowledgeable which really made the process quick and easy.
