I had to change the credit card for my auto payment. The young man was very helpful and saw me coming to the door, opened it up for me, and helped me right away. He was very kind and helpful. I had a few questions about my account, and he answered all of them for me. It's wonderful to see a kind-hearted young man like this being extremely helpful.

First, we were told that he needed the manager to override the computer to get into our son's account and the manager wouldn't be in until tomorrow morning or we could call corporate. After deciding to just get him a new phone with a new phone number, we were told that the store didn't accept cash, which is all we had to pay with. They only took debit/credit cards. What kind of business can't open a cash drawer and lets a sale walk out the door?? It ended up being a good thing cause we got a better/cheaper deal at Walmart but still confused as to how this store sends away cash paying customers.

This was an AMAZING young man that fixed all my issues today. Maguire was SO informative.. patient… and helpful, I wish he worked for ME. I had to leave the store to run to the bank while he updated my phone for me. I got VERY lost and he stayed after hours so that I could find my way back to him. I am grateful to him forever and will ALWAYS use him as my “ go to” guy when traveling in The Metroplex. THANKS, Maguire… you pretty much rule…

We were looking to upgrade our phones and Enrique helped us out! He was very knowledgeable about the different options and went over the differences in specifications and prices. With that, the whole process was super painless and quick!

Had problems setting up my new iPhone 15 pro max. I went into ATT Keller store and Enrique and Jack was amazing at helping me with this as it was very complicated activation process from one cell phone line to another.

I have made the mistake of going into this store twice over the years. The staff is not helpful, does not understand the products, or the service plans to any level of detail. I could not get clear answers to my questions. For reference, dealing with these people is like dealing with a sleazy used car salesman. I have driven to Roanoke directly, after putting up with horrible customer service and received excellent service. The issue must be the owners or leadership because more often than not the staff is always poor. From that I gather supporting existing customers is not something these people want to do, so remember this because they will be really nice to you when selling you a new phone and a new plan but dare to come back later when you have an issue.

Visited the Keller store this morning after a phone went unexpectedly dead....Enrique G. helped me out. I was in and out of there in less than 20 minutes and my mobile phone needs were met and exceeded. Enrique was extremely kind, courteous and knowledgable. I have never had a better experience just walking into the ATT store. Thank you Enrique!!

Henry was just wonderful today. He was attentive and kind, and this was by far my best AT&T experience to date. He solved my issue quickly and was a breath of fresh air to the chaos of today. Thank you, Henry!

I just discovered today when I received my AT&T Bill and talked to AT&T by phone that I was fraudulently charged by this store in order to increase commissions. My specific rep was Meagan W. The rep created a fictitious number on my account that I was subsequently billed for and attached a 4th line I didn't want. I have a business plan and had 2 existing cell lines. I desired only to add a 3rd line to my plan and purchase a new phone. Instead of simply adding a third line in my current business plan; she added the 3rd line and a 4th line as a separate account (outside of my business plan) at full retail price. I spent over an hour with AT&T rectifying this issue and once they fixed everything, my bill decreased over $200.00. I was told this store is a third party seller and not even an official AT&T store. They are called Cellular World. I would be very suspicious of doing business with this company.

A huge shoutout to Henry and Jake for all their help today. The store has been without HVAC for several weeks and they went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable by setting up fans at each table, which truly made the entire experience 5 star, even in the heat (it was 106 today )Seriously guys, thank you both so much!
