B & B Laundry is such a great experience. The prices for the washer/dryer are very reasonable. It's always clean and the staff are always helpful!

I had seen a post about people’s card showing 0 balance when they had a previous balance and loaded money on their card. I went tonight to check my card because I had loaded money on my card when I was there a few weeks ago and sure enough no balance is left on my card. When I asked they said there was nothing they could do. I will be filing a report and will never use this business again!

Unfortunately, the system where you have to use the card here is very unhelpful. A lot of the machines don’t read the cards.

Went into B&B Laundromat (owned by Cinch Cleaners) across from the Keller Tavern today.
Last time I was in, I loaded $100 on the little credit card they make you buy. I figured that was easily enough to last until next year.
I go in today and the card doesn’t work 🤷🏼♂️
Spoke to the messenger at the desk and she explained that a storm fried a computer or something and everyone’s card data was erased. Weird there was no backup 🤨
“So I’m just out $100?”
“Yes, sorry”.
This affected all their customers, and there are plenty of people in there who can’t afford to just lose money like that.
If I lose $100 that’s gonna piss me off, but it won’t derail my day. But there are customers in this laundromat, who, if they lose $100, they don’t get to eat the rest of the week.
That’s not okay.
So I start asking some of the other patrons if they had the same issue. Almost all said yes… $12, $25, $30, one lady lost $60. I was beyond pissed on their behalf, but the general attitude seemed to be one of resignation…like “oh well, I guess life just screwed us again”. 🤯
On top of all this, and my favorite part, is the owner not only took no responsibility, offered no apology or means to make things right,…. But posted a sign saying all customers are required to BUY A NEW CARD 😆😂

Update: I've been thinking about this card issue and not getting my money back. I had quarters, But they force you to buy the card. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If this happened to you, you should too. I'm no longer giving this a 5:star rating. 0 stars. B & B needs to do the right thing. Don't go here. Clean machines, wash fast. Range between $3.75 to $5.75 a load. I had $10 on a card and was told the storm messed up their card readers. That means my $10 is gone. Didn't offer to reimburse, she said they have no way of knowing what was on the cards. So word to the wise.

Excellent place in Old Town Keller off US 377 to do laundry. If you don't look for it or know it's there you won't find it which is probably a good thing. Excellent machines! Cash Only..

I’m not sure why this place has any good reviews, but I guess as far as laundry centers it’s ok. I have been here twice, the first time I had the strangest encounter with a staff member that I am considering submitting it as a skit to SNL. The woman came over to me as I was washing blankets to make sure they did not have any dog hair on them, and ofc they didn’t. When I started to chit chat with her she paused and looked at me as though I had suddenly grown a carrot nose and horns, and said, “I can’t talk I’m busy!”My bad I forgot Keller isn’t particular friendly so I just said oh, ok, and went on with my activities. When I’m loading the dryer, she comes by, I’m one of two people left there and she starts to talk to me again, like a dingus I spoke back, and she again reminded me to stop talking to her lol.Ok that was about 6 months ago, back with comforters, but am so bewildered by all the signage, things like: no dog beds, no rugs beyond this size, no dog hair, but the one that confused me was at the card purchasing machine, so for reference there are 2, the one I’m standing in front of says “for new cards on the right only” so I’m looking at the machine for like two minutes trying to figure THAT out. I finally went over to the attendant (not the same lady as the first visit) who was less than enthused I would have the audacity to speak to her (maybe RBF) and I explain that I’m confused by the machine.she was nice to come over and help me, WELL, guess what kiddos, there are TWO MACHINES to purchase cards from, one is to re-load the card, the MACHINE on the right is to buy a card for a dollar, and load it, but don’t over load it, cuz they don’t refund your money. Pretty sure that’s not legal, but will investigate, I won’t be coming back, which is so strange since it’s just washers and dryers but the signs everywhere that at times make no sense, plus the off putting attendants just makes it not my vibe at all.

Clean and well maintained. The machines are card operated that you purchase there, pay a vending machine in cash, and it spits out the card loaded with whatever amount you chose to put on it.

I thought it would be a nice place to get laundry done while I wait to get my own machine fixed......except for the attendant.......pushy and rude.... even went as far as to try to tell me which machine to use.... hovering and looking at the things in my basket.......it's so invasive and gets aggravating when you are merely trying to wash some clothes and you know how to use the laundry mat and can read the million signs everywhere. She's not a nice individual and personally I prefer my personal space and not a stranger attempting to micro manage my business like I'm a child or like I don't know how to use a public facility without being supervised. I'm going to be driving out of way to somewhere else from now on. Complete unnecessary absurdity.

Clean and great service. It's been a long time since I have used a laundromat. It was very pricy. So, be prepared. Machines are coins only, and the cash card machine is cash only.

Don’t come here if you have pets. Lady that owns the place is super rude and will yell at you if there’s even a little pet hair on your clothes. The machines are also overpriced and the place is just getting run down. Would come back if the owner wasn’t such a mean person though.

Don't do it! The old blonde lady goes around making passive aggressive comments and yells at patrons. Our dryer stopped and immediately she yelled at us to get our stuff. There was barely anyone there. Us and maybe three other people. Then we were standing in front of our one remaining dryer with 2:00 minutes left on it. It was a king size comforter and a much smaller throw. She barked at us and asked if it was ours. We said yes. She then said it will never dry like that. Thinking she was trying to be helpful, I asked what she'd recommend and she responded "It shouldn't even be in there". I was shocked. She continued and said "it should be in the larger machine." As this was my first time, I asked where the larger dryers were as I didn't realize there were larger ones. She looked at me and scoffed and rolled her eyes and didn't respond. We immediately took our items with several minutes left on the dryer and left the premises. There are better options out there and i can take a lot of abuse, but this isn't it.
