This location is absolutely terrible. Came in as a business bank member for years and had some issues going on on my Business bank account and was told to come in for a new debit card. The Business banker by the name of Dalia Buenavidas Refused to assist me and said she was all booked up and there was literally nobody in her office and I saw on the pin pad. She did not have an appointment until almost 11 o’clock and it was 9 AM in the morning. Would not recommend anyone going into this location if you have a real issue going on with your bank account. I keep a lot of money at this bank with one of my business businesses and to be treated like this was absolutely terrible. I’m sure she does this to people all the time because she had no remorse and just watch me from her office walk out, but I would be remiss if I did not make a complaint because this isn’t customer service at all

I was just kicked out of this branch after being here since 130pm for a cashiers check.
2pm came, and cashier told me to have a seat, then the manager tells me we are closed…. I believe as every other business on earth, if you are inside before the doors lock you should be taken care off…
There is zero human element to the way boa does business, it might be this branch, but I hope someone really thinks about the lack of “human experience” everyone there might as well be robots.
Absolutely horrible experience which makes me very sad.

I would give this place 0 stars if I could. I’m not entirely sure how they train their employees, but they seem to be some of the most ill equipped, ignorant bank I’ve ever come into. We come into the bank to open up a joint account me and my partner, and when we sit down with the banker we explain we only need a joint checking and saving account. She looks up our information, individually and she finds that I have a preexisting account, which I did! I tried to open an account 3 years prior and didnt added funds within the first 3 days so Bank of America closed that account. I tell her this and she reiterated there is another existing account - an investment account. This is news to me! I tell her I’ve never opened one myself but I have pursued many with my previous employers, and she tells me there’s no possible way I would’ve had an account show up in her system if it was from an omelet so those can’t possibly be it. I tell her we need to open the checking account with us separate principally from the investment account and she says she is worried that somebody opened it on my behalf and I would have to contact fraud. So she grabs another employee and asks him “what would you do in my shoes” in very broke English and he seems like he is going the way of opening the checking account regardless. He THEN mentions it is from a Merrill account (formerly Merrill Lynch). I told them both YES I have had an account with Merrill Lynch but again, through my employer. They said again oh no there’s no possible way that we could see it if it came through your employer. So I was turned away and denied an account. I called Merrill Lynch and they said BANK OF AMERICA OWNS MERRILL LYNCH, and that BANK OF AMERICA has it to where once Merrill Lynch provides a 401k for an employee through an employer and that employee leaves the company that is goes from their Merrill Edge to Merrill which DOES show up in Bank of America since they are owned by them. Why didn’t either of these bankers know this? And if Bank of America was so able to match up my information to this account (email/social/phone number etc) why have I not gotten a single piece of mail or email correspondence relaying that I now have an account that falls under Bank of America? Absolutely ridiculous for me to be denied an account here.

Bank teller was unwilling to assist in getting new debit card. Had an attitude and felt like a bother to even ask for her assistance.

When the manager is there and you ask for her help we are treated like we have been the decades we’ve been at this branch. When she is not there it’s a disaster. It’s absolutely unreal what happened to us today. But then nothing surprises us anymore. We are loyal to a fault staying with this bank .

The blonde millennial dolt teller can’t read cursive, and accused me of forging a check I wrote to myself (for tax purposes). The manager then doubled down on her idiotic claim that I altered the check. Again, this was a check that I wrote to transfer money between two accounts, both with my name on them. Absolute imbeciles.

I visited this B of A feeling super frustrated with the bank chain from horrible service previously in the day in the Denton location. Thanks to the financial advisor, Daniel, I left this location feeling much better. My issue was sorted out with thoughtfulness and even personalized service. Keep up the fantastic service, guys! The other locations could learn a lot from this one!

My husband and I walked into the Keller Parkway BOA at 12:40 on a Saturday. We were welcomed by all and introduced to Rosanna Perez who assisted us in opening 2 accounts. The bank closed at 1:00, and what we needed done required us to be there until almost 2:00. We apologized to Rosanna and she said things like - "no problem", "I understand this is probably the time you both can make it happen with your busy work week", "we don't walk out of here at 1:00 anyway", "it is my pleasure" etc. I know she has young children and would probably appreciate getting home on a Saturday! EVERYONE waited on us and were friendly and provided top notch service. Well done Team BOA!! and THANK YOU.
