I have been visit this office over 5 years , with the same doctor, Dr. Taki . The front desk, and medical assistant changed, but they accommodated my schedule , and I very much appreciate it. When I needed my refill medication, the nurses fulfill them quick. in one period of time I had to retake my blood work, and they took care in appropriate manner. I will be back next year, Thank you !!! I wish I can do flu shot without schedule. I do not give feed back/ survey through pressganey, because they want to see my soul / with so much questionnaires. No birthday, no address, no race and only 2 questions I will give feed back.Dr, Taki you are awesome!Yuni

Jared Richardson (attending physician) appeared to be upset or we woke him up from sleeping. It’s sad to go to school for years & be thousands in debt for a practice you don’t even enjoy! Having an attitude is not good customer service. Your job is to treat ill patients in a professional manner/ setting.

I have been coming to this location for over 2 years, the receptionist couldnt find my information. I was instructed by my Dr. to drop off specimen needed the lab staff including the lab manager were confused as how to process the specimen and she was rude never apologetic for the confusion, and seemed to be nagging at me. This is medical staff and a high named facility to seemed condused I beleive Dr. Leave notes that they could had figured it out when I left instead they had me listen to the confusion and they asked if I could bring I second specimen I declined. During check out the Lab manager came out and had more comments about me and again another bad attitude luckly there was no one in the waiting room to hear her bad treatment. I will escalate this higher than the Manager I just feel its unexceptable behavior for a Medical Facility.

I see the reason for the negative reviews. I called to make an appointment and after nearly one hour being put on hold on and off, them saying they had availability then not having availability I gave up. They were supposed to call back once they reviewed their schedule and never did. If they can't do this with professionalism and ease then why would I trust them any further.

Hi I went to620 S Main St Ste 240, Keller, TX 76248Location with a severe case of dermintitis, fatigue and vomiting with my nausea trying to explain my case to be laughed at by the doctor and met with an unpleasant nurse who treated me more like a criminal then a patient being told" I must hit a cigarette too hard" which I haven't even smoked. I then proceeded to go home crying back to my house feeling humilated and just trying to get medical health. I hope and pray that understand the pain of a human being trying to get help and paying over 100 dollars to be treated like this in a hospital looking for compassion and treatment just to be treated like a waste to humanity. Even the 3rd nurse that was with me was shocked by their behavior.Thank you for using your valuable time to read this and have a wonderful dayUpdate was contacted to by the head of this hospital to not get an apology but to be insulted by a very angry sounding man who made this all seem like ot was my fault for bringing attention to a problem in the choices for employees. So if you think this hospital is going to call and help you out for them doing anything wrong think otherwise. They will just insult you.

If I had only come to read the reviews first! Absolutely disgusting service, not only by the front desk but also by the supervisor and at this point also the provider Angela Junge! Not only was I allowed to schedule the appointment online 5 days before they also sent me a cost estimate and the e check in which I completed. Only to call me 1 hour before I had to be there to tell me they couldn’t see me because I was new to that office! Which I had seen this provider before, the appointment time was already reserved for me (1 hour away) and I was paying for this out of pocket! I really liked Angie, I wanted to see her specifically because she seemed like she cared, she listened to me, but this definitely made me change the opinion I had about her. No compassion at all knowing a patient really needed care and nothing! Then they’re saying they can’t see me because I’m established at another Baylor clinic?! Ok, first the other clinic will not give me an appointment because they don’t have any providers and they’re backed up for months and second why would I not be able to see different doctors at different Baylor clinics? On top of all that I’m paying for this out of pocket!!!!! They act like I was expecting them to see me for free or something. Very disappointed Angie I thought you cared about your patients.

Dr. Hall was very friendly, educated and informative!!! He took his time talking to me, and I felt like I had his full attention, and he cared about what we needed to do to get me better. The staff was some of the friendliest people I’ve ever met. I love the signs they have their computer explaining a little bit about them. It made it feel like a family.

Love Dr. Taki but the portal and communication in general is spotty at best. “48 hours” response time for prescriptions is not going to happen. The only people you hear from quickly are the folks assigned to trying to cancel appointments to push video visits or a PA visit. They send billing estimates a week before appointments that may or may not be accurate. The doctors are Ok, but anything Baylor admin touches is ruined.

I love Baylor, Scott and White Family Medicine in Keller. Dr. Cindy Vu is my Primary care. She was very thorough and caring and She recommended seeing an allergist on site for some chronic allergies. I began seeing Keith Tittle the allergist on site and he has made the whole experience of allergy shots manageable and easy!I highly recommend Dr. Vu and the allergist, Keith Tittle!

I would just like to start by saying I love my doctor here but the admin services are horrible. I went in for my annual physical in March which is covered 100% by insurance. A month later I get a bill for $82. I reach out to them since I've been going for years and I have never received a bill for an annual physical. They stated they would send it to their coding department for review. That did nothing because I was still receiving bills from them. I called them with Cigna on the line to get it fixed Cigna told them they would fix and reprocess some of the claim after getting clarification from Baylor Scott & White that it was part of my annual physical. The rep at Baylor stated she would document this in my account. Well, obviously she didn't or they just don't care because they sent me to collections for $82 on their coding mistake for my physical. Its a shame when the easy answer to them is to send you to collections on their mistake rather than fix it or eat the $82 knowing I should of never been billed. I guess I need to move on and find a new doctor.

Horrible bed side manner. Was is emergency room for 6 hours. Emergency doctor and nurses could not care less. I was treated so much better by the the EMTs Who finally transported me to Baylor Grapevine. I would stay away from Baylor keller at all costs.

I showed up 30 minutes early to a new patient appointment with Dr. Capili. I filled out all paperwork and provided required information. Shortly before my appointment time, I was informed by one of the medical assistants that they needed to reschedule. They never called or notified prior to my appointment. I explained I have epilepsy and cannot drive, and this is a big problem. I began asking questions about their process, and why Dr. Capili insisted on rescheduling instead of accommodating. I never got an explanation, or offer of compensation for the Lyft to get there and back, only a continuous push to reschedule. It was the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in a health care clinic (I’ve been to many!).Healthcare is the ultimate service industry. When a provider makes a mistake, it is their responsibility to make it right; never ever leave the patient out in the cold. In this case, Dr. Capili had the authority to make it right, but chose not to… that’s what “healthcare”looks like at BSW Keller Family Medicine.
