Went in there for a simple document, and despite telling Mayeni that I'm not interested in what she recommends or other products, she proceeds to give me false information about savings APYs, claiming it's 3.95% per month... I don't appreciate being lied to.

Worst branch ever. Depending on which tellers you encounter, they have different seemingly made up policies. I've withdrawn money from the drive through side a couple times before, but all of a sudden the teller says that the ID provided doesn't match the ID used when signing up. Well, considering that was almost a decade ago and driver's licenses were updated a few times, it's a given that the ID is not going to be exactly the same. How does this policy even make sense? Was told to step inside the branch to fix it but how would that even be possible when the only ID I had was the one I provided in the first place. Gave up and went to the ATM to withdraw money instead. Called the main PNC number to file a complaint. Avoid this branch and go anywhere else to avoid frustrations

Mrs Tameka Edmond is such an awesome person!! Every other bank we went to was giving my brother and I a hard time but as soon as we went to this one she helped us and we got what needed. I’m so thankful for her. She the sweetest. You should go to her if you ever have any issues.!

This is the best PNC branch around. All these women in here are always giving you beautiful smiles when you walk in making sure you know they appreciate you being there. I just love it. Always so kind and helpful.

Hello , I usually wait a few weeks before I write a review; Not today. I could not wait to leave bank to write about the experience I had today 06-22-2023 @ PNC in Keller .From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile and attentive team member Mrs. Tameka Edmond. There was no waiting, there was conversation, smiles, multitasked, set up business checking , business savings, set appointment for an IRA consultation, and even CC processing help , in the end I thought we were NOT done and she surprised me even more by having ran a credit check with my approval of course for a business Credit card... IN & OUT service with a smile. what a fantastic experience . THE BEST I have ever had in a bank.Thank you Mrs. Edmond , and Thank you PNC for your diligence in acquiring such attentive personnel for this facility .

What a difference from previous BBVA! Customer service at this PNC location is amazing! Luna goes above and beyond when it comes to taking care of her customers. She pays close attention to detail and her service truly makes a difference at this PNC location. I will definitely suggest this bank to any of my friends and family.

I have been with PNC since they took over Compass Bank or BBVA. I traded with BBVA for many years. BBVA was fantastic and PNC is about the same.

BBVA was much better than the current PNC. Would not recommend this bank to anyone.The only reason I stayed after the transition was because of Natalie Brodnax.

Customer service non existent. Waited 35 min to make deposits. When I mentioned to the girl that it was not ok for me to wait that long she just replied OK. SMH . Will definitely be considering switching all my accounts to a different bank including personal. Is not the first time this happens.

Female Manager DOES NOT SPEAK ENGLISH.
Bbva needs to do better. I’m glad I speak Spanish and was able to communicate with her. My wife does not speak Spanish so I can see this been a problem in the future.
