Staff was beyond helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Prices were very competitive. I got an awesome deal, left with more than I went in for, and they support veterans by giving a military discount. Just overall a great experience, and will be back when I top out the mileage in these shoes.

I went in thinking I knew what shoe I needed until Jessica introduced herself and did a quick visual of my walking and what shoes I had on. She patiently waited on my internal struggle of going against my brand and introducing me to a better feeling shoe for my foot problems. Unfortunately they didn’t have the color/size combo I wanted but her knowledge has gained a family worth of customers and we will definitely be back and request her expertise!! Thank you Jessica and BCRC for a great experience. Remember, shop local!!!

My wife and I drove from Houston to Jacksboro to do a 100K trail run. I looked up local run shops to see if anyone carried Mount to Coast, found that Bear Creek did. We diverted our drive a bit to check out the shoes on our trip back. This store has an incredible selection of shoes, a great staff who is very knowledgeable, very helpful and very good to talk with. My original intention was only to try on the shoes since I can't find them locally, but because I liked the shoes and the staff was so great, I ended up buying a pair. Look forward to running in them when my legs recover!! Keep up the great work Bear Creek

I've found a great running store! The knowledge of shoes and products by staff members is good. Brenda was extremely helpful in taking the time to listen to my running shoe history, along with past issues and injuries and helped me find a shoe that I'm happy with. They have daily group runs that I think is a great idea too!

This is how shoe stores used to be. Not a big box store were you just get whatever. You get your own sales person which you explain your issues or desires and they'll bring out shoes they think will fit the bill. Today I tried a shoe that I wouldn't normally of picked. But they fit the bill and made my neuropathy feel different. They also give you 30 days to try them out. This is definitely where I'm going when I need another tennis shoe.

I know this place is well loved in the area but I must either have bad luck or just not the customer they want. Every time I come in it's a bad experience. Either I'm ignored or rushed. The one time I went on a group run I was left behind and no one care to check to make sure I was okay. After 4 years of going back hoping it'll get better - I'm a lost customer for sure.
