The eye doctor is wonderful. However the front desk is incredibly rude. After contradicting herself multiple times on the phone, she refused to give me an old prescription. She is unfamiliar with processes and provided incorrect information multiple times, causing days delay in getting my glasses prescription updated.

Front desk ladies were so rude. Stated that they don't take patients after a 10 min grace period. My mistake for thinking my appointment was at 3:40pm.. instead of 3:30pm. I could've gone to the bathroom and they still would've refused to see me. I explained it was a mistake and I took off work for this appointment. I was the last appointment of the day and there was still plenty of time for me to be seen. 5 minutes shouldn't have been a huge deal for me to have to reschedule. Most doctors office do a 15 min grace period, or work with patients on things like this. The parking lot was empty, and it wasn't even busy. I will not be rescheduling with them.

I have been to several Optometrists throughout the mid-cities and none of them come close to the customer service that you receive at My Eye Doctor in Keller. From the time I entered the facility the lady at the front desk was very welcoming and polite. Then the testing with the Optometrist's assistant was very professional and she seemed very knowledgeable and had time to answer any/all questions I had. Then the best part, Dr Dugas was the most professional, spent time to discuss what she saw during the testing, and gave very clear options for the path forward. I did not feel like I was in a high volume Optometrists office like I had at the last couple that I had visited where I felt like a number rather than a patient. Rush them in/rush them out doesn't happen with Dr Dugas. I have found my Forever Optometrist.

I would not recommend coming here at all. I went to the location on Timberland Blvd in Keller ordered 2 new pairs of glasses in December 2022 it had been a month and I got no call saying they were in. So I drove to the location and asked if they were in they checked and said yes, well why did no one call me??? Next they were wrong both pairs. I asked the worker, "Do you guys not open the orders and check that they are correct when you get them?" She tells me no that they don't, needless to say they had to send them back out which took until beginning of February and guess what one pair was still wrong and had to get sent back...uughh The other pair is already loose and needs to be tightened up. I will never use this place again they Do Not Care about customers being happy obviously... Went today to see if my other pair was in yet and nope they aren't. So it's been almost 2 months and still do not have my glasses. I would not recommend going here at all. Good thing I did not need them for a vacation..... lol Recommend you look else where for good quality glasses that are going to last you. For the price they charge it is NOT WORTH IT AT ALL... BEWARE AND GO SOMEPLACE ELSE...

Absolutely love this place. Everyone is extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and out to help anyone have the best experience possible. And one of the biggest things: THEY’RE HONEST. No update tactics or anything of the sort so you know you’re always getting a straight and honest assessment of where you’re at and what you need.

My husband and I have been seeing Dr. Dugas for a couple years here and our experience has been mostly positive. She and the office staff are always very pleasant and easy to work with. Eye visits in general can be pricey, especially if you're like me and need glasses and contacts. That said, they have a pretty decent selection of glasses, including prescription sunglasses. I really enjoy that they'll arrange to have your contacts mailed to you, which is what I did last time. It was super convenient! Recently, we had an experience in which we received a bill for a visit from over a year ago. Apparently, they had submitted to our insurance, who had denied the claim (long story short: it was a follow-up visit, so they had billed to the same insurance we have for vision, assuming we also carried for medical). When they finally billed to the correct insurance, they denied the claim due to it being from a year prior. Despite the additional headache, the office made it right and ended up not billing us for the claim since this was an error on their end. I really appreciated how they handled the issue: everyone was very understanding, pleasant to work with, and apologetic. We really enjoy coming here for our annual eye visits and will be back in the future!

My daughter got glasses at 10 months for farsightedness. Her pediatric ophthalmologist's optical center didn't take our vision insurance, so I visited the MyEyeDr office on Timberland. Randall was able to order the glasses we wanted, and he did a great job of fitting them for her. We've used this office for two years now to order her glasses, and we have had great experiences with Randall and the front office staff.
