About Burn Boot Camp
Burn Boot Camp in Keller is an amazing fitness community focused on helping members reach their goals. The trainers are incredibly supportive, knowledgeable, encouraging, and talented, pushing everyone to be their best self in a warm, welcoming, and uplifting environment with no judgment. The constantly-changing 45-minute workouts mix cardio, HIIT, and strength training, ensuring a great, intense, and heart-pumping session every time that engages the full body. These challenging yet rewarding workouts are designed for all fitness levels on a signature Floating Floor. The community is like no other, with people cheering each other on, making it much more than just a gym. For busy lifestyles, free childcare is a game-changer, with kids having a blast in the included Childwatch. Membership also provides personal one-on-one meetings with trainers to discuss goals and progress. A universal membership allows visits to any location. Members report feeling stronger, making great progress, and gaining confidence, calling joining one of the best decisions for their health and life. The staff and trainers truly care, creating a supportive Burn family.

Burn Bootcamp is great! The workouts are so challenging and the coaching staff is so kind & knowledgeable! The childcare is safe and convenient and fun for my kiddo so that allows me to focus on my workout for 45 minutes.

Great atmosphere! All the trainers and staff are very friendly and motivating. Love the complimentary child watch with excellent child watch staff.
