Repairs were ok. Customer service was lacking, to say the least. After two weeks, was told it’d be ready 4 different times over the span of the following week. Each time they told me it’d be ready, they never called. I had to call each time and then they’d give me a it’ll be ready at this time. That time came and went and it’d start all over. Poor communication and customer service.

Repair on my truck was done faster than originally anticipated.
Repair looks great. Only complaint is the carwash was done with dirty towel , windows were smeared and they got some of the dirt off the body...

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Every person on the entire team is a complete professional. If you want it done right and kept in the loop this is the shop for you.
Another shop had originally missed a part that needed replaced under an insurance claim. The original shop was 2-1/2 hours because the accident happened on a trip. So I chose caliber collision.
Caliber collision worked with my insurance company to have the repairs fixed under the initial claim.

Terrible customer service.
Scheduled a meeting at dark with service tech, so we could show headlight issue, and service tech didn't show up ....then he finally responded to my text message saying he was at a soccer game in Carrollton. Such BS!!

I have never had issue with any Caliber location in over 20 years and multiple locations, yet the Keller location with Isaiah as my service advisor and the repair team were absolute best! Completely satisfied and I highly recommend Caliber Collision, especially Keller location.
