Poor standard of service. Very. I went to the Southlake location to drop off clothes at 5:30p and the location has a sign on the door saying it's closed at 3pm daily until they hire help. In any line of work but more so as a business owner, a supervisor, manager or owner is there in the absence of staff getting their hands dirty and getting a job done. No flexibility in scheduling even to offer later hours on alternate days for those of who have schedules that cannot accommodate Cinch's schedule. Due to this I visit the Keller location and then stand inside waiting for someone to hear me calling out "hello." Bless the poor woman's heart that helped me but again someone should be there to help and be present. I have to touch up the collars of our shirts every time I pick them up so I'm tired of paying full price for something I have to turn around and work on again when I get home or when I'm getting ready for work. The convenience of a dry cleaner is an inconvenience for me every time. I'll be taking my business elsewhere and I'm sure this will not phase management since they don't seem to have a presence any time I've been in. Go to Bibbentuckers or Segals.

I have been a long time customer of Cinch Cleaners. Last year they lost a belt to a dress I had. I was told they would look for it. I understand things happen and was able to find another belt I could use. I sent photos and description but they were never able to find the belt. About 6 months ago I dropped off a bag of dry cleaning and a pair of black pants went missing. I was told " I am sorry we dont have them, I will call the Keller location and see if they find it", my pants were never found. Again, understanding this post covid job market, I continued to use Cinch. We drop off clothes and/ or comforters every 2 weeks or so. I alternate between 2 comforters every month, I picked up my comforter in early may, and dropped the other one off, I went to pick it up and was told my comforter I dropped off was not ready. I went back a week later and was told by the The manager ( I believe his name is Jacob), that I never dropped one off and this was the second time I "claimed they lost something", I said its not a claim and you know I alternate comforters, he said " I remembered that but they didn't have it". He said he will "look at the video and call the Keller store to see if they have it". I have never heard back. It is now July and I called to follow up, the woman who I spoke with said she would call keller to see if they have it because "sometimes the tags they pin on the bag falls off", I reminded her that "Jacob" had already done that and asked what my options were. She put me on hold and never came back. I have never been given a claim check and I would highly reccomend not using this service. They are great until they misplace items them they claim no responsibility!

Never again. They completely lied about pricing. I stopped in and asked how much for Mens business shirts to be LAUNDERED, not dry-cleaned. The lady said $2.50 for laundered shirts w/ starch.I got my items home, looked at the tag on them and saw I was charged $3.75 each!?I called, asked to speak to the owner. She said they were actually $3.38 to $3.75 depending on the SIZE for laundry, and started at $6.60 (!) for dry-cleaning. She basically didnt give a ****.I don't mind paying a fair price, but that is a total gouge, rip-off and LIE. Never, ever again.

I have been using Cinch Cleaners for 6 years, they have always been kind, reliable and their product is fantastic. However, it takes only one incident and how an organization handles it specifically how the owners handle situations, to understand what matters to them, and sadly it isn't their customers. I dropped off, as usual, 14-15 items and this time that included two sport coats. When I picked them up and headed home I realized oops, one is missing. No big deal, I called them up and they said they had handed me everything and would go through the tickets and laundry to find it. Again, no big deal things like this happen. Long story short they called me and told me not that they can't locate it that I hadn't dropped off said article. I was kind and explained to them I believe I had and if they could look again, I also said I would go through my closet, clothes, etc to ensure I didn't make a mistake. Once I went through everything I called back and let them know I didn't have it, they proceeded to tell me I am Wrong, I didn't drop it off, to this point I have been very understanding as things happen. The owner said well I will pull the tapes and show them to you to prove you didn't drop it off. So fast forward to today, I go up to the location, watch the video and the video is inconclusive, and what I mean is there are seconds and minutes not accounted for, a full bag is dropped off at a chair, the next video is a half empty bag and my clothes are on the counter (not all visible) and she said see it's not there. I kindly explained that some parts of the video are missing and does she have them, not accusing them of cutting video short on purpose or even hiding anything. She tells me I am wrong and the video is full, and that I didn't drop it off. Needless to say this is a losing battle, I asked her what I had to gain to make a story up about an article missing, why is she not willing to help or find a solution to what could have happened, except she chose to be rude and blameful. Its important to know I never asked for payment, to be reimbursed for the sport coat or no exchange of any monetary value has been discussed. It's a shame after six years and thousand of dollars spent you lost my business, not because you lost an article of clothing, clothes can be replaced. It's you it attitude and how you treated me that will prevent me from using your services. It's a shame, although pricy, I have always been willing to pay more for your service but today showed you are in it for money and not to help your customers. Today the owners colors came out and people deserve to be treated better.

In need of a bag big enough to cover my daughters dress for travel to Florida, and leaving in an hour, I decided to see if maybe by chance a cleaners near by might have a bag I could purchase. I pulled into Cinch Cleaners in Keller and even though i don’t do business with them and I’m from out of state, this amazing woman helped me and covered the dress completely. I thank you from the bottom of my heart for your time and your kindness, you are truly a blessing.

My clothes are always ready on time, they take care of the stains with no problem, & I receive the consistency in quality, which is the most important thing to me. Plus, being a family-owned company, I like knowing that my money is going directly back into the community versus some corporation or large chain that cares more about their bottomline than the city I live in. I recommend this cleaners 100%. If there is ever a problem, they fix it, and that's what I judge a company by. It's not the mistake that's made, but rather the method in which they choose to address rectify an issue (or even a perceived issue - there's just no pleasing some people). Seeing how they've treated others (I've never had an issue, personally), I have full confidence that if something is wrong, it's going to be take care of the right way & by ownership directly. Also, one thing I've learned with cleaners is you get what you pay for. Don't waste your time or money bargain shopping for a cleaners. I learned that this lesson the hard way. Fortunately, Cinch's prices are more than reasonable - especially considering the value.

I am new to the Keller area and had a bad experience at one cleaner and luckily found Cinch Cleaners on Lamar in Keller! They do their work at this location....so turn around time is remarkable. The staff is so courteous! Unfortunately a white alpaca scarf came back with ink stains from someone else's garment. The owner bought me a $60 replacement at Macy's. OF course I'll be back!

Even during this staffing shortage, these guys go the extra mile. This must be the best dry cleaning place I’ve been to in years and why I keep coming back. 11 out of 10.

I was looking for a dry cleaners for a vintage suit and my vintage wedding dress (a 50’s formal not a traditional wedding dress). Someone from my church recommended calling ahead to talk to the manager/owner of Cinch. I talked to the ladies when I dropped my items off and they were nice and helpful and made sure I knew the suit had some issues, which I was aware of. I picked them up and they look great! The dress is more vibrant now and the stains on the suit are a bit lighter. (Was not expecting perfection who knows how long those stains were there. They were also clipped onto the hangers not just safety pinned and had tissue around them as well which I appreciate. I was super worried getting vintage dry cleaned but phew! All good!

You had one job. Launder my shirt and get it back to me. Instead you gave it to another customer and now will not do what it takes to make it right. The shirt has sentimental meaning, I want it back! You had one job!

Gave my Harley Davidson shirt that I got on my honeymoon in Hawaii to another customer and now won't do what it takes to get it back. They say the other customer is old and doesn't understand, not my problem. I want the irreplaceable shirt that has memories that can never be replaced that matches my wife's shirt. They had a video of them giving the shirt to the wrong customer but didn't think to take the measures to prevent it from being overwritten by additional recordings so now it can't be proven the other customer has the shirt. When they ultimately offered to replace the shirt it, I had to find the replacement site to order it from and then they wanted to know if I would take it in a different size because they were out of stock in my size. Like seriously! This is more then just one unfortunate mistake, this is a series of correctable mistakes had someone cared enough to do the right thing and ultimately could have been fixed or prevented. Get it together or close up shop!
