I don’t usually leave reviews but I felt I needed to because of this extremely rude lady named Cat one of the managers at this location.
We were having trouble getting through the gate because we couldn’t find out code to get in and she was absolutely no help. She didn’t seem happy to be there and did care to help us figure out how to resolve the issue at hand. Instead she threatened to call the cops on us if we didn’t leave and proved no further assistance for us.
What I had to end up doing was that I called customer support where they were happy to help us in getting our gate code. Walked us through what we needed to do and we were able to figure it out in less than 10 minutes with no troubles at all. Overall great over the phone experience but terrible management on the store behalf would not recommend signing a unit with the manager Cat, very
rude and disrespectful women!!

Excellent communication. Easy sign up, easy rental. Ian was professional and friendly. Hopefully, I will not experience a terrible experience when leaving. I do not anticipate any problems. Everyone has been very nice and professional throughout the rental process.

My experience has been HORRIBLE. There is no AC, they change the price randomly and you either pay it or get out, and when it comes time to leave the dime any chance they get. If you leave even one item they put a lean ans charge you rent for each month it is there, and you can tell they are going to take their sweet time trying to get rid of it. If you try to leave it by the dumpster they charge $200/item. Mind you I am not talking a refrigerator here. And the workers are so incredibly rude, like they aren't getting paid to pay their bills to work there. The day of charge is the LAST DAY OF THE MONTH. So if you are moving out be out by the day before that because you can call and say I am leaving May 1, but they will charge you for one day worth of rent on April 30 ($16 is worth a horrible review and no business). She kept using my name as if it was a slur, and was very rude on the phone. Find another CubeSmart if you like it so much, or better yet go to a different company.

I went in paying $140 for a storage unit and they raised my rent $30 after I had only been there I couple of months. Their late fee is an additional $30 so if I was late I was paying over $200 monthly. I understand you sign a lease and the policy’s, but they locked me out of my storage one time for being late and did not even notify me about it.

I cannot stress enough how absolutely awful the experience has been with CubeSmart in Keller off Davis, and specifically with an employee named Mandy. She is by far the most unprofessional and rude person I’ve encountered in customer service. I’ve witnessed her yell at customers in front of other people in the store, which is completely unacceptable behavior. When I tried to resolve an issue with her, she refused to provide me with the manager’s contact information and became defensive when I asked for assistance. Mandy’s response was not only unhelpful, but her attitude was downright disrespectful.
Our experience has been nothing short of a nightmare. I gave a 30-day notice of vacating, even though only 10 days were required, and I was told I would be contacted about a prorated refund for the remaining days I wouldn’t be using the unit. They called at 5:26 yesterday, but when I call back no answer. When I tried to reach them to clarify the situation, no one would answer the phone. Pat told me to wait until she had confirmation to make a payment.
The next day, they slapped a nearly $100 late fee on my account—despite the fact that I had already asked them to confirm everything with me directly before making the full payment. When I spoke with Mandy about it, she claimed they had tried to reach me multiple times, but that was a flat-out lie. No one had called me multiple times and Mandy’s response was just more dishonesty and poor customer service.
To top it off, I’ve repeatedly asked them to stop calling me the day payments are due as they are already made through the app. It’s annoying and unnecessary, and yet they’ve continued to do so for months. It's clear they don't care about their customers at all. The entire experience has been frustrating and unpleasant, and I would strongly advise anyone to stay away from this facility. There are plenty of other storage options out there that treat their customers with respect and provide honest service.

This site on Davis Blvd is the cleanest storage center I have ever used. The streets are wide enough and best of all there is an onsite manager who is completely involved in taking care of her property. She has been very helpful each time I have spoken with her. She has extensive knowledge of the rental options and helped pick the right size.
