This was my first time using a dry cleaner in Keller. I needed one that had same day service. They did an amazing job and the staff is super friendly. I'll only be using them from now on. I highly recommend them!

I don't recommend this place.
They don't do their job, they left my items exactly the same as I left them, it was to remove some stains I had, I thought they were professionals, but I realize I was wrong, if I had known I would pay for nothing, I would have cleaned them better completely in my house with homemade products.
I came here not to do it myself, but it would have been better to do it myself.
And they also damaged one of the pieces.
They still charged me, even though I let them know my disagreement.
They don't care about customer service at all, they just want to get paid.
I just came to throw my money in the trash.
I will not return to this place.

It's a lie that they worked on it, they DON'T know how to do their job, because they couldn't even wash it properly from the dirt stains, and after leaving there, I washed it by hand with warm soap and water, the dirt stains were removed, and The other stains I took it for I used baking soda and vinegar and at the end degreaser and they were completely removed without damaging the fabric like you did.
You are supposed to be the experts, I thought I was dealing with professionals, but I was wrong, you seem like a beginner, I thought you would take care of the fabric, but it was the opposite.
If I left it it was because I didn't do it myself, but I ended up doing it anyway.
I paid for nothing, and they also damaged it.
They literally did nothing to him. They returned it to me exactly the same as I left it, besides stained from the products they used, they damaged it, according to you they only used oxi clean, if I had known that you would use those products, I would not have trusted you.
They wanted to charge me the full price, you don't care in the least about customer service, I mentioned my discontent again, there they wanted to make me 10% and I told them that I didn't agree to pay for something they promised and they didn't let it. Well, in the least, it didn't seem fair to me to pay that amount, that's why they paid me 25%, even though I didn't agree, because they left it worse than how I left it because they damaged it and stained it additionally.
They have no shame, they don't care about the customer.
Bad experience.
Their lack of professionalism is evident because they hide behind excuses to not accept their inefficiency.

If you care about getting your clothes back, stay away. Lost my wife’s pants, and then had audacity to charge me for them. STAY AWAY!!!!!

I just moved to Keller and was looking for Dry Cleaners. I tried this cleaners last week and I was amazed with their customer service and quality. Their same day service is phenomenal and their prices are very reasonable. Also drive thru service is so convenient. Ignore the $15 to have two shirts clean and laundered -two shirts! Holy smokes that is expensive. 2nd time in a row I requested that they be folded and boxed and when I went to pick them up they were on hangars. Clearly says in bold letters at the top of the receipt FOLD/Box! I asked the woman who brought them out to the car to Fold them and she said she can't. Only went here last two times because Hidden Lakes went out of business but have to find a new cleaner quickly!

Went to have a leather coat dry cleaned and was originally quoted 60$ but upon arrival they tried to charge me 110$. I was not notified or told of any price change. The staff was unhelpful and uncaring, and the owner did not take responsibility for the mistaken price or staff. I will not be returning
