Pharmacist at the CVS was very helpful in getting a script filled quickly for an acute illness. Really appreciate they ability to prioritize what needed to be done and help the staff do likewise.

The help there was amazing and attentive. Koral (red head lady) was the one who said hello as I entered and answered every question I had promptly. She also informed me of his joining the reward program would help me save money and swiftly added me to the system. I had alot it questions about the program but she had even more answers it was close to closing also and she didn't act like I was taking up her time at all. By the end I wanted to make sure someone knew how amazing her service was to me And the ONLY reason I'm not giving 5 starts was because the manager didn't seem to happy to be summoned to the front and acted like it was an inconvenience to let me know how I could help get this girl the recognition she deserves. I made a point to make this review because her manager didn't seem too impressed so I hope his her manager's managers and all their mommas see this review of how amazing coral was. I walked in feeling like the manager looked but left very impressed. You go koral

I've set a total of 2 hours on hold because the Pharm filled and sent the wrong medication. After another 30 mins of waiting, they argued with me that they sent the right medication. I said no, I'm looking at it in my hand and then was disconnected. Now 1 hour later, I'm still on hold. This is so upsetting. 3 phone calls, and 9 days of sorting this out I'm STILL ON HOLD!!!!!!the Pharm should have called me right back when we were disconnected. That would have been the right thing to do!

The drive through at this location is painfully slow. i have no idea why that can't instruct customers with complicated needs to park and come inside to resolve.

Spoke to a pharmacy representative today. They didn't have a prescription I needed in the store so they needed to transfer it to another location. The guy told me to do that and have the CVS call - when I said I needed to know which CVS had the medication because I didn't want to start calling all the CVS stores, he told me I was rude. Great customer service CVS.

I called to see if they take walk ins for the covid vaccination and was told they do by their customer service. They said starting at 10am on Sunday. My husband and I were there at 10:15. The couple ahead of us had an appointment for 11 and the pharmacist sent them away because they were to early. Then when we requested the vaccine she sent us away too! Said to come back at the end of the day. What does that even mean? I explained that their corporate office said they took walk ins starting at 10am, she still sent us away. Unbelievable! Clearly this pharmacist isn't in sync with their corporate initiatives and doesn't care about healthcare. She should seriously consider another career.0
