After finding out that a tire failed state inspection that was still under manufacturer's warranty this location honored the warranty and had on our car within 24 hours. This was even though we did not purchase the tire this location which we had bought at Costco who would not honor the manufacturer's warranty

I used to be skeptical of big box tire shops but they do a really great job here. They are the most professional and honest people. I got my tires mounted there but damaged my wheel unknowingly a little while before and one was bent and really noticed and issue after mounting new tires. They showed me the wheel on the balancer so I could see that it was a bent wheel causing my problem. Will be going here as long as I live here for tires. They said I can buy a new wheel (I'm going to buy a new set just because) and come back and they wouldn't charge me for re-installation.

Amazing customer service, and all 4 tires replaced in less than an hour. Ivan went above and beyond when the tires I had originally ordered were out of stock. This was my first time going to Discount Tire. It won't be my last.
