CHARGED $800! We were told before booking $150 each plus we added $80 deshed for two Newfoundland’s. Then they claimed that was rough guess even though they didn’t explain they could be off by 100%. We tried to explain we previously groomed at Pappys Pet Lodge and we paid $400 total including tip which owner claims he called and basically said not true. I am happy to show my receipts but why have to prove when we would never had changed if they were even in ballpark of their cost? Run from this place unless you have deep pockets!

Zero star. CHARGED $800 for two Newfoundland after quoting $150 per dog and we added deshed for $80 so should have been $550. Then owner calls knowing that he is wrong before I can call to complain and says we misunderstood and even is trying to argue what I paid for last two grooming at Pappys Pet Lodge which was $400 total including tip! Why would have I switched to pay double? Run from this place! Brian Z

Took our baby Brooke Corgi there today for her first grooming appt ever. They did an amazing job with her. She’s so proud and happy, and smells so good. Tatiana was quick to respond, attentive and seriously great. Highly reasonable prices.

I've been taking my dogs here for for quite some time. I've always requested the same girl, but she has never come out to greet me or my girls. She did a decent job on grooming but both of my girls were always fearful of going. I think I realized why as the latest visit my wheaten was missing all of her eyelashes on one eye but not the other. I asked the groomer if my dog had been anxious and caused this. The groomer said she didn't notice it happened and shrugged her shoulders with a reply that they'll grow back. Yes, they will, but the nonchalant attitude causes me fear returning as it could have been her eye that was clipped. We will not be returning.

Absolutely love this place for our doggy’s grooming! We’ve been struggling to find a good match for Wonka’s (our little fur dude) hot mess express upkeep routines, and I’m so relieved to say that the search is over now that we found Dog de Salon ! They were super sweet and easy to book with, gentle and inviting with him when we arrived, and they were able to clean our cutie up so he could finally be mat-free and still look like pure preciousness! Can’t wait for Wonk’s next appt :)

They hurt my dog when they were grooming him. He had red marks on his skin and he went into our unlit bathroom and laid by himself for three days in a row after getting him back from this groomer. He has never and had never done that before going to this place.. Whenever I tried to pet him he would let out a Yowl in pain. A couple of days later he started to act normal again.
