“Went in today to grab some food items and MAN, I was blown away by how organized it was. I didn't get her name but the stock associate's (African-American woman with the glasses) merchandising skills are top notch. Everything was neat, clean, organized with the labels facing front. You just don't see that type of attention to detail very often. In addition to the cleanliness of the store, all the associates were friendly and approachable.”

“The manager Ken and staff Sabrina took such great care of me .This is my favorite dollar tree you can see the hard work they put in to help the costumers and keep everything cleaned and organized. They even let me borrow the scissors I needed for an emergency. I hope the employees see this to know how much they made me value a great experience.”

“I went into this store for hangers and left feeling blessed and happy. The cashier was super kind and helpful. The smile she put on my face truly made my day. I was having a hard morning and needed to stop in not knowing that Camilla was going to be waiting on me and a sad face wasn’t going to make it in her line. “Many items at the lowest price around but some things you can get a better price on at Walmart. It's easier to find a Dollar General than a Walmart in a lot of areas though.”
“Ken was very helpful with the helium balloons. He explained where to see the samples and wrote down the numbers of each one. After a few minutes they were blown up and ready. He was friendly and helpful. Great employee!”
“We love Dollar Tree, and we shop these stores often. This is a great location, too. At first, I wasn’t sure if I was a fan of them expanding their inventory beyond the dollar items, or $1.25 post Covid, but I scored these adorable Peeps for just $5 each. They’ll be perfect for our “Pastries with our Peeps” PTA event. They’re 15” tall and seem to be of great quality.”
“It wouldn't hurt if they'd open the other register when they see the checkout line beginning to grow. Don't wait for the line to snake around the isles. The point of a convenient store is...convenience, in & out on your way elsewhere. Also carry the items that the Family Dollar on Trinity has. Customers don't want to drive further to buy at different location what this closer location should have. Again point of a convenient store is...convenience. “Previously there was a person who worked there who was not very friendly and thought she had rights as if she owned the store. She was not helpful and was always in a bad mood. Now I haven't seen her anymore.
The atmosphere is different and the people who are there now are very friendly, that's why I will give them five stars.”

“The staff here go above and beyond. I hate going in and bothering them because I know each one has to do a little but if everything: cashier, stock, assist customers, etc. I walk in and look for something and they'll drop what they're doing to go help any way they can. Item doesn't scan, they'll go locate a duplicate and scan it for me within seconds of what it would take me to find it again. Cannot express how much I appreciate them and Dollar Tree stepping up their product game.”

What really stood out was the store manager she was friendly, professional, and very helpful. You can tell they truly care about both the customers and the team. The manager made sure everything ran smoothly and even took the time to assist when needed. Overall, it was a pleasant shopping experience, and I’ll definitely be coming back.”

“I would like to give a shout out to John on saginaw blvd . I came in this afternoon having a bad day and not only was I greeted with a smile I was asked is there anything he could help me with . I was like hesitant but appreciated the attention he gave me after I walked in . Usually when I visit a dollar general I get looks but no hello how are you. Today I was having a rough day . I truly appreciate John for just acknowledging me . This is rare when it comes to customer service now a days . Not only did he acknowledge me he made small talk and asked me if I needed help finding anything. I just want to say thank you for brightening my afternoon after having a bad day . Never have I ever entered a dollar general and have gotten this kinda customer service . Thank you john and I look forward to visiting more often on saginaw blvd this will be my GD go too.”

“I stopped here this past Friday for a couple of quick grabs. There was an older & younger lady working that were quite pleasant and seemed happy to be there. I’ve noticed most business don’t even say Hi when I enter so I was pleasantly surprised by this.”

“It's ok except sometimes I feel like they treat me like I'm gonna steal something even though I spend quite a bit every time I go! Oh well I get it they probably get alot of theft but maybe they should treat us according to innocent until proven otherwise. Because noone likes being treated like a criminal.”

“This place is huge! They have more items than I've ever seen at any Dollar Tree and they were surprisingly very orderly and clean. While most of the check-out registers are self checkout, the guy working was nice and helpful since I had to go to him to get some balloons. As a whole, I was pleasantly surprised.”
