I came out from uptown Dallas cause I had something to do in Fort Worth, and just so happened to google a shop in the area that could take care of my annual inspection. I showed up in the middle of lunchtime on a Friday, and immediately was helped by the shop manager, Joe. Joe told me he had a busy shop that day and I may be better off dropping by the next day, so I explained I’m not local. 30 minutes later, my car was in, and I was paying the bill about 45 min after arriving. Excellent, excellent customer service. All while Joe multitasked between taking deliveries, answering customer questions and holding a great conversation with me. I’m usually a dealership service guy, but I was so impressed by the professionalism and friendliness at this shop that I’ll be coming out here going forward to have my car serviced. I was very impressed - Joe and Jesse turned a quick, low margin inspection into a new customer!

Recently, I had the opportunity to use Driver’s Edge Shop for a pre-purchase vehicle inspection, and I must say, the experience was outstanding. From the moment I reached out, their team demonstrated exceptional customer service, making me feel both welcomed and valued as a client. The thoroughness of the inspection was particularly impressive. They meticulously checked every nook and cranny of the vehicle, ensuring that I was making a well-informed decision. Their attention to detail gave me immense confidence in the quality and condition of the car I was about to purchase. What stood out most, however, was the amazing customer service. The staff was not only friendly and approachable but also incredibly knowledgeable. They took the time to explain each aspect of the inspection process, answering all my questions with patience and clarity.Overall, my experience with Driver’s Edge Shop was exceptional. Their expertise, coupled with outstanding customer service, made the pre-purchase inspection process smooth and stress-free. I highly recommend them to anyone in need of a reliable and thorough vehicle inspection service.

Took my car in for check engine light. They replaced the Vapor Canister vent and the Engine valve cover gasket. They also recommended other services which I assented to. My mistake, since they did a coolant system flush and replaced the spark plugs, both of which services they had performed 14 months and 10,000 miles previously at this same shop. So Buyer Beware, they will recommend services they did the year before. Check your records to make sure you’re not agreeing to completely unnecessary work. Hard to understand how they cannot notice that spark plugs have only 10,000 miles use, even if they don’t check their own records.

Ordered some tires online, they shipped it to Driver's Edge. Even though there were a few issues, the whole staff were pleasant and went out of their way to remedy the situation. Great job guys. Sorry I'm such a handful ?

Went in to reset vehicle camber setting to one specs. Walked out with same camber specs. I even have adjustable plates and bolts on the front and adjustable camber arms on the back. They did drive the gt350 10 miles for what purpose I don’t know. Needless to say, I will be going to tire mart on Monday for a proper alignment and will return with the before and after specs and ask for a refund. Toe and caster was adjusted slightly but that was not the issue, the issue was the excessive negative camber.

My experience with Driver's Edge (Keller )is that they were knowledgeable and very patient, answering any questions that I had. For convenience , they have a Drop Box so you can drop your car and key off at any time. After an inspection, they provide a breakdown for whatever problem you may have into three sections:1. what is fine , 2. what is recommended and 3. what needs to be repaired. They were also professional and aim to get you back on the road as soon as possible.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement

Please stay away from this location if your only option is dealing with the store manager, Joe Davis. My wife took her 2018 Toyota Highlander for a regular maintenance (oil change). Later same day, I received a notification that front and back brake pads/rotors needed replacing. When I called to follow up, Joe quoted me about $2,000 as the cost to replace these parts. After informing him that was quite steep, he said the best he can do was $1,850 which he said was same price employees get for similar work. I expressed my dissatisfaction with the location as we’ve always had this same vehicle serviced at this location and no one informed us the pads were getting to the point of impacting the rotors. Bottom line, upon getting to the store to pick up the car, I met Brian, who upon hearing I wasn’t going to return to that location again, took it upon himself to apologize and review the bill. He eventually got it down to $1,099 which was still too high for such work, but this was the best he could do considering how Joe Davis had coded the bill. The only reason we may consider returning to this location is if Brian is available to help as Joe Davis has no issues ripping his customers, even repeat ones like us. Truly unfortunate. Thank you Brian for your efforts to make things right….decent folks still exist.Service: Brakes

Drove my truck up on a Saturday because I could tell there was something wrong with my brakes. They didn’t have anything open so I made an appointment for Monday. When I asked what the cost of pads and rotor replacement for all tires was, I was told $1800- $2100. Half of that if it was just the front or just the back. I determined before I dropped the truck off that it was just the back pads and rotors that needed to be replaced. I went and looked up the cost of parts for that and it was around $300. I dropped the truck off at around 10:30 and told them it was just the back pads and rotors that needed to be replaced but they still Wanted to do a break diagnostic check. I told them parts for the back brakes was around $300 and that their Estimate of $900+ seemed a little high and the response was that they were a franchise and he didn’t make up the prices and that also they offered a warranty on the brakes. Ok. They finally finished the brake diagnostic check at around 3:30- 4:00 at which point they told me it would be $1100 for pads and rotors for the back brakes. When I asked for a breakdown and a print out of pricing I was told , again, they were a franchise and that they can’t do that. I told them they was too expensive and took my truck to the tire shop in North Richland Hills and they were able to do the job for $500 out the door. I’m all for a company making money but over double what a competitor charges is ridiculous especially considering they were charging $800 worth of labor for $300 worth of parts. They’re polite there yes, but companies can rip you off while being polite. Do your research before you commit to anything. Obviously I’ll never be back.

Didn’t proceed with the repair, but they were super helpful in recommending some options for me regarding my car. They were very patient and generous about allowing me to park vehicle on-site while I arranged a solution to get my vehicle picked up by a wrecker.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

While the employees are nice and I trust their work, the charge for parts is excessive. It's understood there is some markup, but the parts my Jeep needed, vapor canister purge solenoid and valve hose typically run $40 retail, they billed me $140 and $172 for! Add in a $140 diagnostic, despite inspection report showing what was failing.Labor fee was in-line, but I will for sure shop around next time for best overall price of repair, including fair charge for parts.
