I was looking forward to using my birthday coupon for a 6-count box of chocolate-dipped fruit. When I arrived at the store at 5:55 p.m., the doors were locked, despite the store hours indicating they would be open until 7:00 PM. I contacted the store, and the employee who answered explained that they were closed early because she was alone and needed to close out the register. She mentioned that the store does not honor the coupon and offered a cupcake or one chocolate-covered strawberry instead. I inquired whether a chocolate-dipped fruit resembling a cupcake was available, as I was unaware they offered baked goods. She appeared irritated with my question but agreed to honor the coupon as a favor. She then took my order over the phone and asked when I would like to pick it up. I requested as soon as they opened, since I was leaving town. However, she informed me that this was not possible and that it would require a half-hour to prepare. When I asked for a recommended pickup time, she suggested an hour and a half after opening.
Having over 25 years of experience in customer service, I found her attitude and approach disappointing. When I picked up my order in person, the staff was friendly and welcoming. Unfortunately, my prior interaction did not reflect that level of service. The fruit itself was delicious; their products are consistently good. However, the customer service experience was unsatisfactory, which affected my overall rating. The product quality remains excellent.

Not at all happy & will not be back. I ordered the round platter while in the store with the store attendant. When I picked it up the next day, I got the square pan. I was told that they were out of the platters because their delivery didn't come in. The presentation was not at all what I wanted. Everything was squeezed together & cluttered.
She should have contacted me to let me know. I may have ordered something else. I wanted some of my money back. She said no.
This is the Keller location. I won't be back.

10/10 recommend this location for any gifting needs!! I totally forgot about a special occasion and they helped me out last minute with a beautiful and delicious arrangement. I will be back!!

Very disappointed! I bought a Burtjday Boquet in a Martini glass for my daughter’s 30th Birthday…. It was almost $100 and wasn’t even that big but u loved that it was in the martini glass and it fit because she’s turning 30. She texted me thank you , I called her and asked how cute the martini glass was and she said it wasn’t in a martini glass just a plain red tin can. She sent me a pic and it looked very sad. There were many green open spots and it looked nothing like the picture. I called all day and no one answered, I left 2 messages with no response. Very disappointing considering the amount of money it costs!!!!!

Placed an order at 9:30am. They called me to see if I was home at 1:30pm. They never answer the phone! I had to call another location to get them to call for me. It’s been over 5 hours and yet it’s still not delivered. This was first and last time spending this much money for so little customer service!

I live out of state, called them to have a birthday delivery made for my Daughter. I left a message and they never returned my call. Apparently, they don’t need the business. But actually worked out for the better. I called a bakery got a cake delivered within hours for my daughter.

The worst they do not answer the phone my order has not been delivered its passed the date it was supposed to be delivered and I cannot get anyone to pick up the phone to at least let me know what is going on terrible service

Yomi took my order. Yomi made wonderful recommendations. The platter was beautiful. For my family I ordered a bouquet. OMG! It was amazing! I made quiche and placed the bouquet in the center on the table.We had cinnamon bunnies. Easiest breakfast ever! Thank you Yomi for making our Easter so special!??

Loved speaking with Lindsey and setting up a fun delivery for my sister in law that just had the first girl in our family!!! ( we have four boys in total and have been praying a little girl ) this was such a sweet treat to give. Look how pretty!!!

I went there today!!! The lady was on the phone never acknowledge me. I kept looking around she never said anything. Then a guy came from the back she never ask him to help me. Bad customer service I would never recommend anyone to come here. What has happen to good customer service. Just a simple nod would have went a long way. Really and you want people to spend their money.Good customer service go a long way. If I could have given 0 stars I would have.
