Its hard to find a honest mechanics, Im so thankful I found this one. I won't take my car anywhere else. I was quoted 125 00 from Mercedes-Benz to fix my cigarette lighter. Greg fixed it and told me to just tip the mechanic not a big deal? 100%

Greg and the guys were great. Kept me up to date as much as they could. Ultimately they were unable to fix my mess of a car but not their fault (definitely Ford’s issue) and they gave me a VERY fair price for the amount of time they put into trying to solve our issues. I came to them on recommendations and word of mouth and was not disappointed. I will definitely use them again if the need arises in the future.

Greg and team helped with with an oil change where I bought the material myself, based on particular specs. He charged a very reasonable rate for labor only and got it done within 1-2 hours. The location is also very convenient to where we live. Definitely a valuable community resource. Thank you.

Greg is a lifesaver! I had A/C issues in August and had no idea how I could have it fixed immediately due to the heat factor. I tried calling a few local places and they were unable to get me within a desirable time. As a single mom with small children and only one vehicle, Greg was able to get me in and taken care of, so I could have a working vehicle to have my children picked up from school in time. The price was great, and the customer service was excellent. It was a blessing overall, and this will be my forever go-to for any repair needs. Thank you, First Choice Auto Repair!

I can’t say enough great things about Greg Moss at First Choice Auto! He’s saved me so many times! From rescuing me during my truck’s emergency lock system failure, to handling brake repairs, and now even helping with an emergency oil leak right after leaving the dealership! Greg is truly my go-to mechanic. He’s friendly, fair, honest, and genuinely cares about his customers. Highly recommend!

I took my 2006 car in for a clutch replacement. Greg and his team got it up and running back on the road. They also advised me of some repair work I may need in the near future. My 82 yo Mom called me last night with a dead battery. I’m in North Carolina and searched car repair near her home. FCAR had excellent reviews. I called at 5:15p CT right before they closed and Ron took down my information for Greg (the owner)to call me in the am today. He did !! At 8:45a CT, went over and jumped my Mom’s car, took to shop added a battery, brought it back to her all within 3 hours!!! Talk about excellent customer service!!!! Now she can go pick up her prescription and take her little dog to the vet. THANK YOU GREG AND TEAM!! We have found my Mom’s new auto repair home 😊

Took my vehicle to the repair shop to diagnose the rim and hubcap issue. I really appreciate he taking time to help me look into this and fixed the hubcap for me which another place doesn’t do. Although it’s quick checking, I can feel the sincerity and kindness. I will definitely come back.
