GameStop is a popular destination for gamers, offering a variety of new and used video games, consoles, controllers, and accessories for major platforms like PlayStation, Xbox, and Nintendo. The store also features retro gaming options, trading cards, and an array of collectibles, action figures, and gaming merchandise. Customers can sell or trade in old consoles, games, and accessories for cash or store credit, and the store has recently started buying graded collectibles. While many customers appreciate the helpfulness of staff members, experiences can vary. Some reviewers have noted instances of unhelpful service, particularly when seeking assistance in-store. However, others highlight positive interactions with staff, praising their professionalism and kindness. Customers enjoy the convenience of the store and its inventory but have expressed concerns over high prices and corporate policies, particularly regarding membership benefits and warranties. Overall, GameStop remains a go-to spot for gaming needs, but customer service and pricing could be improved to enhance the shopping experience.
Very nice and helpful staff, I bought a PS5 here, they have some good offers, the store however has a mold problem on the ceilings, yout can smell it walking in.

Went in and was not greeted. I was looking to see if they had any Xbox 360 controllers I looked around and the staff member saw me looking and I was ready for assistance but did not help me. But I will say this location seemed to have the most basic needs for all the consoles minus the older ones.
