I’m have been waiting for 20 minutes for an associate to completely ignore me while trying to assist a customer with a return with no receipt no account and never once thought in the 20 mins to assist someone else that is ready. I will never go into this store again

Never had any issues here, Olivia is such a sweetheart, she professional and polite to the point where when I bought the Spider-Man 2 Edition PS5, I gave her the Digital download code for the game as a token of appreciation.For anyone curious, I had the Collector's Edition game with the statue on preorder so I didn't need the code that came with my console.With that out of the way, I won't renew my membership nor will I buy anymore warranties on NEW products since corporate greed decided to ensure that warranties ONLY gives you a USED product regardless of whether you bought your product USED OR NEW...Corporate also slashed our Pro membership benefits as well as the Employees' insurance benefits. Corporate DOES NOT DESERVE our hard earned cash, but the workers DEFINITELY DO.

I've gotten great customer service here before but once I came back into the area it's kinda going down hill. Long story short I think what can change is that the young men working there should get another training session in cause it just wasn't there. For some of the other workers y'all are ok

Stopped by to pick up a Nintendo switch last week, the cashier offered to renew my pro membership that had expired. I told her no thanks I just wanted the switch, throughout the entire transaction she made repeated attempts trying to sell me on a pro membership I didn’t want, I simply said no thanks. The cashier tells me my total and when I pulled out cash to pay she mutters “of course” in a very annoyed voice. At the end of our transaction I said “thank you, have a nice day” the cashier simply stared right at me and said nothing. The only way I would go back to this GameStop is if somebody held a gun to my head.
