Today was the day I needed a new washer and dryer. Lucky for me that Cindy was the sales associate scheduled to work at the Keller store. She was so helpful, informative and answered all my questions. To top it all off, she was a pleasure to work with! Thank you Cindy and Home Depot.

The worst customer service ever. Do not shop at this location. They're rude and do not even want to help or even politely tell me that they would find someone else to help me.

Just wow - this place is crazy packed for a Sunday after church! I mean people are acting insane. The store is great and employees are wonderful (except for one had a bit of attitude). This store is clean. I didn't see any major sales, but their plants are good prices and beautiful.

March 16th, 2023 was NOT a happy day for me when I found four ( 4 ) of my fence panels laying on my property after a storm hit our area hard, but,when I visited my local Home Depot, David knew exactly what I needed and was kind enough to take the time to make sure I was well prepared to mend my fence back to health... I'm extremely disappointed in The Home Depot for an awful experience I had with one of their The Home Depot Pro Contractors. I was looking for someone to put up Christmas Lights for my family and I so that they would hang outside on the roof of our house the entire month of December. The contractor that reached out and I agreed to a price of $600, which was $800 until I negotiated it down a bit. The contractor said it would be a $400 deposit and $200 after he put up the lights. I asked if we could pay him the $200 after he took down the lights, but per his policy, he wasn't able to accommodate my request. He said that he wanted to earn my future business and that I'd should TRUST him!Once I finally had an opportunity to meet the contractor, he seemed like a straightforward guy, and a family guy, as he brought along his 2 boys with him to assist. Boy was I wrong! Did I mention the lights we're supposed to be hanging for the entire month of December?? After Christmas, I hit up the contractor to schedule a time when he was going to take down the nights. He initially said he wouldn't be available until the Monday after New Year's. That didn't happen because he said he got called into work. We then agreed that he'd come out the following week, but he that didn't happen because he said his wife gave birth to their child. He said that he'd be able to make it out sometime during the evening of the following week. That never happened, so I hit him up again a couple weeks later, as I was trying to be considerate of the birth of his new child. He then responded saying that he'd be by the following Saturday, but as it got later in the day, he still never showed up. I then reached out to see what the issue was, but no response. I have now had the Christmas Lights up a month LONGER then I had planned on having them up. I would get up and take them down myself, however I have a two story home and I'm not putting my life on the line for a no good lying idiot! I will NEVER TRUST STRANGERS again! I will never do business with Home Depot or anyone the are affiliated with them! Signed,A very pissed off Home Depot customer!

Rob in appliances was excellent! He was very personable and patient with all our questions. We bought a fridge, washer, and dryer and he patiently walked us through the entire purchase, even finding discounts for us. Please find Rob if you're looking for help in this store!

Went in today to get a Father's Day gift for my husband. Shortly after getting there I was greeted by Doug. I was disappointed because the exact blower that my husband wanted was discontinued and no longer available. Doug ran to grab a computer to help me locate another store that had the inventory. Another associate looked at the specs with me and helped me find one that was comparable. Right about the time I decided, Doug came back and asked me to follow him. He took me to the front Ryobi section and showed me a better deal they were running where I'd get more bang for my buck! Doug took the time to ask questions and understand my needs and found me the best deal - one better than I thought existed! It made my day knowing that my husband will get a great Father's Day gift and that this associate took the time to not only know the promotions, but explain to me why it was the best option for me. Highly impressed!!

Overheard an employee singing to the plants while watering them. Super wholesome and made me want to buy a plant to sing to. Spent $70 on plants.

There was only one self checkout register open and the clerk was very unhelpful. Didn't acknowledge the line that was forming and didn't offer any type of assistance whatsoever. I was very disappointed.
