This was my first time dealing with go power sports but definitely my last. I ordered 2 rear rims because 1 the bearings exploded in my right side and on the left side it wasn't even welded completely. And the second one I just received today looks like some one recently returned the rim it's dented and the bearings on this one is simi frozen at this point I'm pissed off of waiting and getting second hand product for new money, apparently its about the money more than service. What No one cares to check products before shipping across state? Bad business on GPS.

Excellent customer service, I purchased a governor delete kit and had problems starting it and Jamie from customer support was extremely helpful 10/10 recommend shopping here

These guys were awesome. Saw them on cars and cameras and recognized the location. Swung by and asked all my stupid questions I had anbout my sons trail master mid xrx and they were super helpful and super patient. I’m not familiar with grating and that didn’t matter for them. All around amazing service and knowledge

Never answers the phone. Bought a stage one kit and a torque converter kit had questions I can’t get them answered because these people have no sense of customer service and answering the phone. I will not be purchasing anything further from this company.

Ordered the inexpensive Trailmaster Minibike on Wednesday. Delivered free to the Arizona Outback on Monday. Assembled and running smoothly in about a half hour.Can't imagine how it could have gone better. My expectations were exceeded.

Great people to work with-Jesus was very helpful on the 2nd sale. Yes we bought 1 mini bike trailmaster hurricane 200 and bought another after taking it out on the trails. Highly recommended good quality comes nicely shipped in frame and quick to put tire and few accessories thank you

Gopowersports is amazing. I bought a trailmaster 200 xrx full size go-kart from them. Jesus sold it to me. He absolutely helped me pick the right go-kart. I also wanted to say that Oliver is also amazing. I have needed help with many other things and Oliver has responded to every email I have send him. He helped me with everything I needed. If you are looking for an off-road go-kart, I highly recommend gopowersports.

Couldn’t have been happier with my Trailmaster i200R purchase at Go Power Sports. Gave them a call the day after they could guarantee Christmas delivery - they took the time to answer my questions, encouraged me to call them later in the week to check on status, and were honest about the low chances of it showing up before the big day. Ended up being delivered 5 days before Christmas!

Not very happy right now. Placed my order December 1, with the assurance from a sales rep that my gokart would arrive before Christmas! Here we are 6 days away and no gokart and no response about an update. I have been asking since Dec 8 through email and attempted calls with no response. This is my kids “big” gift for Christmas. $1900 in and nothing to show for it so far……..would love for someone to reach out to me
