Best Pharmacy service in Fort Worth!! They seem to be able to supply medications other pharmacies like CVS, down the street, and Walmart, just across the freeway, can't seem to keep to obtain. Their service is personal, when they tell you something they keep their word and whatever information you've requested they have accurate answers.

Nice staff but this pharmacy has a problem opening at the time they say they will. Twice now I’m sitting here after the posted hours (9am open) and yall are closed still. If you need to sleep in and open later than 9 I think we all understand… just change the hours so we know when to come by…and I see I am not the only review about this… time to change it

I can’t say enough great things about Heritage Pharmacy! I walked in with a prescription, and they had it filled for me in less than 5 minutes—absolutely incredible service. The staff was friendly, efficient, and truly cared about getting me taken care of quickly. I can’t find a single thing to complain about. If you’re looking for a pharmacy that goes above and beyond, Heritage Pharmacy is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I’ve been using this pharmacy for over 2 years now. They ALWAYS have the prescriptions I need. They ALWAYS answer the phone during business hours. They NEVER have a line when you go to pick up your medication. What more can you ask for from a pharmacy???

I started using Heritage Pharmacy approximately 2 years ago after calling, I'm not kidding, literally every Walgreens in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex and none of them had the brand name medication I was taking. I searched 76244 pharmacies and Heritage Pharmacy was the first one listed. When I called, Payton answered and said they had it and said oh yeah as though I was asking an odd question. He was NOT rude at ALL, in any way, shape or form. I just mean, he answered my question as though I asked if they filled prescriptions there. ? It was comforting to know I wouldn't be worried each month if the medicine I take is in stock. I've stuck with them ever since and plan on staying put Ramu decides to retire. I really like Ramu, he's funny and a truly wonderful, incredible human being.

My family has used this pharmacy since we moved in 2008. Customer care is far more superior than chain pharmacies. Clean, fast and kind pharmacy:)

Not sure what happened, in getting conflicting information. I just don’t have the time to wait around for the prescriptions to be filled, I had to transfer them to CVS.
