Beware of the Hollywood Feed Keller store’s bathroom. There was a cockroach on the plunger and the toilet paper holder was broken with pieces scattered across the ground.

I have been going to hollywood feed for years, the service and staff at this location have to be the best yet! Stephanie has always had a super positive attitude and is always so helpful. Not just that but as a customer I can tell she really cares about each person and animal that comes in. She brightens my day whenever I come in and always makes sure I get my questions answered as well as share stories about our dogs :) She is a great employee!!

We (the dogs and I) love Hollywood Feed and the Keller location! I can count on them to provide a quality solution. From allergies to tummy troubles, as a Frenchie Mom I am kept on my toes. If I’m not sure what I need or I’m on the fence, I trust the recommendation given. The few times I have had to return an item was without hassle. The newest furry member, Howie, loves his bow ties! (He’s a cleft palate and bilateral cleft lip fluffy Frenchie) It was wonderful to learn this location has also supported the rescue from which Howie was adopted—Fuzzy Texan Animal Rescue. The dogs give y’all two paws up for products and supporting local rescues!

Over the last few years, I had been feeding my dogs a grain-free Purina Pro Plan. A few months ago, I decided to stop by this feed store because I wanted to try their selection of raw milk as an enhancement to their current kibble. We were greeted by Carly (if I recall her name correctly), and she was extremely helpful, pointing out some of her favorite brands. I’m always open to learning more about optimizing my animals’ health so they can be around as long—and as healthy—as possible.
After a few months on the food we selected, I can say I’m really impressed—not only with the noticeable improvements in my dogs’ health, such as extra shine in their coats, less gas, and better bathroom habits—but also with the continued friendliness and helpfulness every time I visit the store.
Thank you, Hollywood Feed, for putting so much effort into the selection of your products and to your team for your ongoing helpfulness and expertise!
