This has been the best Home Depot I've ever step foot in , all the employees where super helpful , I usually go in and not ask questions or find employees to help me so I look for things myself bc it's usually difficult to find assistance in stores , but not this store , everyone in each isle department asked me what I was looking for, and helped .

I purchased a top of the line Samsung wash machine with an extended warranty. I made this purchase 15 days ago and “their professional installers” installed it. It broke down 2 days ago.

Came to the garden area to pick up some terra cotta pots and unfortunately they were out of the size I needed. I ended up picking up a succulent instead. The one I chose came in a cute planter. Home Depot has a great selection of indoor and outdoor plants and flowers. I appreciate that they have garden specialists to provide you with information on plant care.

I had a terrible experience with my online order, my grill came broken and the online customer service wasn't helpful at all. I went to the store in Keller and it was the complete opposite. Allison in customer service, Charlie on the Pro Team, and Carla on the phone were all amazing. They got everything fixed for me and made the process so much easier. Thank you to those three ladies who were friendly and helpful!

I hate to do this but I am Beyond pissed! The install team sent by HD just left my home having NOT done the job we paid almost 10k for! The laminate flooring was done TWO WEEKS ago and our house had to be re-ripped up for an installation of carpet and all of a sudden we are arguing about closet areas we paid for, the condition of the house (we did fail to move a few things but it's TWO STORIES! Start on one of them!) excuse after excuse and we are two full time working parents with kids learning remotely- we don't have time or patience to rework crap Bc they can't work with Home Depot. We are DONE with both companies and calling ideal flooring. So unacceptable and disappointing. I want NOTHING but our money back and to never walk in their doors again despite the thousands I've spent at this location alone in the 11 years I've been in the community. Way to lose a customer HD- way to show you care.

I'm going to break from the pack and throw five stars at Home Depot because I've never had a negative experience here, and The Home Depot is SUCH a go-to for the things I go there for, I can't think of a reason to ding them, especially this location. Does anyone *not* go to Home Depot? Maybe you're a Lowe's person, or you have one of those mom and pop local hardware stores near you that provides nostalgia and that special brand of personal service. But, here in the burbs where there is literally a Home Depot every few miles in all directions, I have been going to the closest one because they have absolutely everything I need. Until recently. The one thing that pushes this store slightly ahead of the other two at which I can conveniently shop is that if the others are out of *anything*, this location will have it in stock. I don't know if that has to do with lower volume, better inventory management, or something else. But, It's happened three times in the past two weeks. So, I've just decided I'll go here first. It's not hard to find someone when you need them here. I've started using the website, which now provides aisle and bin location for any item, stock count, and even a map of the store to show you where it's located. So much better than "trying to find an orange apron" when the store is busy. Everyone is friendly, 99% of people have Covid face protection, returns are easy, and we've had offers to help load our car up with fence materials and other heavy items. We do light DIY home projects and landscaping. Lowe's will occasionally draw us away with a sale (like the recent 5 bags of Scot's mulch for $10), but generally has higher prices. If I need chain oil, potting soil, tools, paint, shower heads, attic decking, something new for the garden, this is where we go!

Waited an hour for curbside delivery of my single item order, was finally told by an associate that they didn’t have it ready yet, and that they needed my curbside spot for other customers. I asked to speak to the manager and before I could even get a word out she started telling me that they needed my spot and that there were 300 orders before mine. I went and stood in line to get in and took my item off the shelf, which in total took me about 4 minutes. If they had just communicated at the beginning that it wasn’t ready and I could just stand in line to get it, I would have had no problem with it, but instead they wasted over an hour of my time, and lost my business to Lowe’s forever.

I am a first responder and have a big family. I bought a new freezer three weeks ago. It stopped working so we lost 400 dollars in food waiting for a tech that arrived 3 days later. The compressor is out and we are getting the runaround. Way to treat a former loyal customer.
