Scheduled an appointment for 3pm. 3:45pm we went back to meet with the Teresa who gave my wife and I the impression that we were an inconvenience. She seemed scattered and all over the place. Informed us that emailing her would be a waste of time as she does not check her email. Did not ask any relevant information about our small business or personal finances. Wanted us to drop off our taxes and schedule a follow-up in two weeks.. I don’t think so. Would not recommend you trust them with your taxes! WOW!

Barbara Lehtonen was fantastic! She was knowledgeable, efficient and intelligent. She always gets us the max refund and does it in a timely manner. She is the best and I highly recommend using her for all of your tax needs!

This location was welcoming and my tax preparer was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. The service was also reasonably priced. It's the only place I will go to for all my tax needs.

I like H&R Block; I love my tax preparer, Mikey Lehtonen! She's so great to work with, communicates in a timely manner, is thorough, professional and extremely competent. I'd follow here wherever she ends up. And H&R Block's software holds its own; it's easy to use and simple.Overall, a great experience every year (and I always have to pay, so that's saying something!).

I guess people don’t like when they have a miss and IRS is very clear on the miss and they on top of that charge more for the correction.
