I stopped in to purchase angel eyes tear stain remover and the staff was incredibly friendly, and they were very helpful. Would strongly recommend this location.

Took my baby Smokey here the other day to use their self washing station and it was a great experience so much better then doing it at home in the bathtub, no more broken backs from leaning over, no more clumps of hair getting stuck in the drain. They supply the shampoo, conditioner, towels, and so forth for $10, can't beat that! My only complaint and it really isn't a big complaint but they do water down the shampoo and conditioner. No big deal though I'll just bring my own next time.

This is such a cool little place, I had never seen or heard or (obviously) been into one of these stores. I thought it was super cool they have a room that you can bring dogs and wash them (for a price) in these huge sinks. They also have a lot of natural food options for dog and cat food, as well as snacks and treats. A few of the treats they had (in buckets) were a bit off the wall - but hey if the dogs love 'em... then I guess it works. I'd love to bring my girlfriend and her dog in here to check out the merchandise. Definitely a cool place & everyone is super friendly. Oh and they are hiring dog trainers if anyone is interested.

Super friendly and helpful employees. Love the "cookie bar" and self wash station. They provide shampoo and everything you need, as well as clean up your mess. Grateful to have this near home!

I had a serious pet emergency and Unleashed was there for me! Ok.... a small bit of hyperbole you say? Well, perhaps. I mean, really, it seemed an emergency to me at the time. Dear Zoe, my rescue basenji (you get many points if you have ever heard of the breed), had become over excited at the odorous smells during her afternoon romp at two different parks she was determined to investigate in NRH. Her investigation led to getting up close and personal with the source of the malodorous, pungent, acrid, evil-smelling, stinking, reeking, fetid, smell. Ok, if this is somewhat confusing, let me be clear, she rolled in the "stuff." 'Nuff said? So, a friend in Lewisville (Thanks Sean) had told me of a wonderful concept - "A doggy car wash!" Huh? What? Who'd use that? Ridiculous! Well, if you were presented with an odorific ( oh come on, is that even a real word?) pooch in the confines of your car and fear of serious later contamination of your home, you'd seek out help in a most serious way. So here I am at the NRH doggy park on a Sunday afternoon, you know, Tipps Canine Hollow (Off Davis) and Doggy Park Friend Brad advises, of course there is such a thing and it's not too far away in Kellerland. Sure 'nuff, I arrive to the most friendly folks welcoming me ( I mean, seriously, every dang one of them, you know... like 5 or more) to the store. I'd never even heard of it before although I'm very familiar with Petco and have been to them many times. They even just opened a very new location up across from Alliance Town Center in Persido Junction off of N Tarrant Pwky. I'd just never heard of "Unleashed." I confess I had one serious problem there however (Look, I believe in honest, forthright, direct reviews here as a serious Yelper. Oh for heaven sakes, stop the dramatic stuff already and get on with the review). I got directed to the 'tubs.' Rear of the store. Three, beautiful, count them, stainless steel bathtubs elevated to avoid breaking your back or denting your knees by kneeling at your bathtub at home. Picture this, Sicily 1944 (Ok, if you have never seen Golden Girls, move on), a full basket of shampoo, conditioner, scrub brush to work under the dog fur, towels and all you need to wash your dog (but wait - there's more) with unlimited warm water with a spray shower head on a coiled tube feeding it to properly wash every nook and cranny of Fido or whatever his/her name is! And the side of the tub has a door that lets pooch jump right in! How convenient is that???? Oh, I got carried away forgot I was going to give you the negative...... The serious problem -- they were so popular that you had to wait about 10 minutes to get a tub (which by the way is totally cleaned out by some of the friendly staff in between pooches). I'm sure the wait must not be every day at every hour. But what's ten minutes to get pooch smelling fresh as a flower before going back home? Oh oh. I forgot... they have an elevated table to take wet-pooch to after you towel him/her off and then you get to blow dry him/her with a nice blow dryer. Oh oh.... and the TOTAL cost is ONLY ten bucks!!! Can you believe? I wish there was an Unleashed near me in Far North Fort Worth!! But.... in an emergency, Keller is great!!!

This place is very cool!! It's a small place but they have lots of choices of treats, food, and toys etc. They have discounts when you use your Petco card. And they have a very cool self service dog wash area for a flat fee!! It is very cool!!

Great to have this option close to home. Bet the people in the Arthouse like it too. Now if Unleashed only carried Hills Prescription food, I could really cut down on the amount of pet related during I need to do. Also worth noting is that this location has a do it yourself dog washing setup. Strikes me as a great option for apartment dwellers.

I really like this store especially because I can bring my dog with me. Ozzy gets very excited and loves to get a free treat. He really enjoys the biscuits that you buy per pound. I love the little programs that they do like the snow day. Ozzy had a great time attending the event.

Love this store super excellent staff at the Keller store & North Richland Hills location. Went to both stores recently to pick up my new puppy food and was surprised on how clean and nice the staff was. It's cute and tiny no need to look in a "HUGE" Petco store to try and find maybe what ur looking for, this place is just the perfect size to find what you need and the staff is super friendly & helpful. 1/2 star off for "NO" military or senior discount.

Awesome little pet store. I never knew this place was even here until i saw an article about it in the local paper. Anyways, i stopped in twice in the last week and was super impressed both times. Even though its a branch of Petco, the store has a pet boutique feel about it since it is smaller in scale and carries a limited variety of different supplies. Its nice and airy and everything was neatly organized. Unfortunately, they only carry supplies for dogs and cats. Also, they mainly carry high-end/premium food many brands i didnt even recognize from other mainstream pet store which was kind of cool. if you do need a more standard brand of dog/cat food however, you can call a few days ahead of time and they can have it sent to their location for pick up which i thought was really neat and helpful. They also had managers specials on products throughout the store. If you love getting your pooch fancy doggie treats they have you covered: they have a small area of bulk treats in addition to iced confections for birthdays and other occasions which were really pretty. The second time we stopped in, staff was just as friendly and helpful and the lady from our first visit remembered me and my son which i thought was a nice touch. We brought our shedding machine in for a bath since it was $10 and they have excellent hours (yay!) One of the staff members walked us back to the grooming area and gave our girl a treat on the way in. He explained how the DIY bathing area worked and got us a fresh basket of supplies. The entire area was kept nice and clean and the workers go in after every washing and clean up after you. Overall i really enjoyed the experience they provide versus to the big box version of the store and definitely intend on coming back again. i just wish they had more visibility.

Love this place! The staff are all quite friendly and helpful. However, the thing I absolutely like the best about unleashed is their dog wash area!!!! Everything you need to bathe your pooch for only $10! Oh, and they clean up for you !!!! Even if your not bathing your dog it's fun to watch others wash theirs.

Great place to take your dog for self service grooming. I go with my 7 year old so she can learn how to care for our pets in an easy environment - they provide everything from the tubs, shampoo, conditioner, bath brushes, towels and blowers. All you do is show up and wash and voila - it's done with no mess in your house.

Love this place, super close to home; good selection and a nice way to get the dog bathed. Food and toys; not an animal reseller.
