My wife stops in and asked if they could look at a crow that we rescued from our dog. The young lady told her that they could defiantly help but we needed to get him (the crow) back before the Vet left at 5pm. I left work early to get Mr. Crow there and arrived by 330pm.
Upon arrival the young lady remembered my wife and the crow discussion. Another coworker interjected and asked if I was surrendering him and I was not prepared for the question since my wife had clearly stated we just wanted to make sure he did not have a broke wing or anything else major wrong.
The coworker seemed confused that we would want to help a wild bird and informed us that it was illegal to keep a wild animal. I asked what a check up cost and was willing to pay but was told to come back the following week...really?
Why tell my wife to come in before 5 today if she had to make an appointment??? Why on earth would you tell someone trying to rescue an animal that they were breaking the law (by the way it is not illegal to rehabilitate a injured crow in the state of Texas).
At the end of the day if they can't get simple communication correct why on earth should I trust them with my pets / furry family members.

We recently visited on 6/14 for my 2 dogs well visits. We were charged $102 per dog to have their stool tested. We were given collection containers and told to return them once we collected the sample. I returned today 7/31 with the samples only to be told that I had to return them within 2 weeks of our visit and that in order to have their still tested I would have to pay the fee again. We were not told during our visit that the samples had to be returned within 2 weeks or I would have never agreed to pay that fee as I knew there would be no way I could have the samples back within 2 weeks. Very poor practice and I wonder how many others have been affected by this scam.

Just went to this vet for the first time today.Was referred by a rehabilitation lady. Everyone we met was so kind and caring.and what they do for wildlife says alot about them. Plan on using them for my personal pets also. Thank you all for caring. Cheyenne Tucker

TERRIBLE Customer Service !!!
I brought my wife's dog there for a full checkup. I spent around $300 there, including blood draw for heartworms and parasites, vaccination, and pre-paid for a stool sample.
When I was going to bring back stool sample, they refused to take it. So, they STOLE my money, but refused to provide me services for my money that I paid. This is theft. The stool sample was NEVER tested for parasites.
I don't recommend this Vet. They are cold hearted and just want your money, but they don't complete the Pre-paid services.
I told All Creatures lady on the phone to tell the Vet/ Doc that I won't be taking any of my dogs there anymore.
I don't find money on the ground, so I cant throw it away either. That was the last time they will see me.
No more. Finished.
