Doctors and nurses have been phenomenal however front desk staff (Elizabeth) is very unprofessional and rude, doesn’t not understand mental health and handled the situation in a very heartless and careless way. She misinforms patients and doesn’t take accountability. Again, very unprofessional. Refuse to interact with her ever again. Please listen to your “recorded phone calls” it was that bad.

Not sure about all the negative reviews but I’ve never had anything but an excellent experience at Keller Family Medical. The front office staff, PA’s and doctors are all very pleasant and listen to me and my concerns about my health. Highly recommend!!

Just tried to post an emergency appointment with Mr. Price due to critically low red blood count.
Scheduling refused to schedule an appointment because of an outstanding balance my PREVIOUS insurance didn't pay. My current insurance is an HMO, of which they are my primary care providers, yet they REFUSED TO SCHEDULE AN EMERGENCY APPOINTMENT!
Again, this is what happens when non-medical people make decisions and healthcare is based on the almighty dollar!
Well, they can take their balance and shove it up their ass so far none of us see it again!
There are enough providers seeking new patients, and ERs that cannot turn patients away, I'll find healthcare somewhere today!

I've been a long time patient, but recently have had some issues in getting refills in a timely fashion. Also, my husband was turned away for a new patient appointment when he showed up 10 minutes early, already having filled out the new patient paper work online ahead of time. Not too happy with the clinic at this point.

The first time I went to this office I was on time but (30 minutes early is required) I arrived I think 45minutes early and than filled out the paper work and that made me late (I filled it out slowly) I had to reschedule than when I went to my next appointment the place was super clean and ladies at the desk was very friendly and had answered any of my questions I had and really good doctor (she is no longer there now) I have been going to them for about 5+ years and they’ve did nothing but sweet, nice and very kind and when waiting for dr to come it isn’t a long wait UNLESS u come early but they’ve always been on time getting me to the back I’m now getting my daughter to go to this clinic thanks for y’all’s kindness and friendliness

I had an appointment but couldn’t make it due to severe illness and wasn’t able to call them beforehand. They charged me a $45 penalty fee for rescheduling, which felt unreasonable given the circumstances. I found this policy to be unfair and the clinic’s services did not meet my expectations. I would not recommend this clinic.

I'm shocked to see all of the terrible reviews. Dr. Dingess has been nothing but the best for myself and my children. I highly recommend seeing him. He truly cares and does not rush you through your appointment. We have been seeing him for years. He has helped my daughter through her migraines and helped resolve them while other places, like Cook's, could not figure out why she was getting them. Highly recommend.

I got denied on them explaining my test results. I had a appointment this morning and called to let them know I would be 10 minutes late and they said" no problem see ya when you get here". I arrived 1 minute past when I said I would and they made me reschedule the appointment to find out important results. Any good doctors out there that care to help and use common sense with their patients. Very poor patient care provided

I have been a patient on this office for over 10 years.This office used to be awesome when Dr. Burke was in charged, but after he left it is a complete mess. Front office ladies are nothing but rude. Appointments are so far away that pretty much push you to find another provider. You can never see a doctor but nurse practitioner. If you miss an appointment you have to pay $45 or they won’t let you have any type of service. They make you wait long for a doctor to see you but if you come five minutes later they deny service. Overall this office is going down hill rapidly. Sad sad.
UPDATE. SEP 5/2024. After I left this review I was contacted by the manager Elizabeth and told me straight out that her office had terminated my relationship as a patient because of the negative feedback I have left on Google. She contacted me the day BEFORE (August 26/2024) I had my appointment to review my physical exams and let me know of the decision they made based on my review. After I told her that such a decision was not only unethical but very unfair and unprofessional she said that it was already done and used my no show appointments as part of the excuse for her to kick me out from their services. I filed a report with the Texas Medical Board and I am waiting for their response. It is unbelievable that a review gets you kicked out form an office that you have been part of for over 12 years. This office is simply out of control.

I arrived for my appointment and was marked as a No Show because I did not arrive 30 minutes early to fill out paperwork that usually takes 5 mins. The lady at the front desk clearly was bothered because I did not follow through with that. I have a busy schedule, and there was no feasible way of making it to the appointment 30 mins unnecessarily early. Their “policy” and her reaction told me everything I needed to know about how they operate their practice and treat new patients. A courtesy call would have been nice to inform me my appointment was cancelled instead of wasting my time.

My parents have been going to them for about 2 years. Starting this year, my parents started getting hefty bills with no explanation. It was not until out insurance sent us a bill stating that Keller Family is not in network with us that we understood we've been out of network with them for a whole year and they didn't say a word. Simply sent out bill after bill. They will squeeze you dry. Beware.

I called and got a next day appointment and I was so relieved. They gave me a prescription and treated me aggressively (which helped me recover faster). I am so thankful for the medical staff here. The front desk staff is busy and not in the mood to smile or ask how you are, but they get the job done....which is what I need when I am not feeling well.
