Overall: I do not recommend using Country Greenery. If you would like customer support, a card option, and a delivery on time please choose another florist.My experience: I ordered an orchid to be delivered - there was no option to add a card. I attempted to reach out to customer support to add a card- number on website is no longer in service, number on google is no longer in service, I emailed customer service (still no response), and I attempted the "chat option" ... you guessed it - no response. I was starting to think this wasn't even a real florist until I received an automated email from the CEO thanking me for my support. This email listed another number for support which when called plays an endless melody of music much to my frustration. I still have not been contacted by any support member.In frustration, I decided I could live without a card... until the orchid was never delivered. Now I have NO way of contacting this company to check the status of the delivery or possibly to cancel the order. I am EXTREMELY frustrated and out a large amount of money. Please learn from my mistake and do NOT choose Country Greenery.Update: After TWO WEEKS I still have had no response from Country Greenery. I have had to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Again, multiple attempts to reach customer service through phone, email, and chat option all with no response.

I recently ordered a arrangement from this flower shop and they surpassed my expectations, the flowers were beautiful. I definitely recommend them!

My sons had ordered a bouquet for my birthday. The store had given them a delivery schedule and we had therefore arranged for me to be home at that time. The flowers were not delivered at all at the announced time and remained outside in the sun. Moreover the size of the bouquet was really ridiculous compared to the price paid. And finally, my sons were very disappointed to see that the card they had bought and which was supposed to accompany the bouquet was not delivered. They tried to reach the store by email, FB account etc at least to get the card, but no response was given. Business to avoid

DO NOT ORDER flowers from Keller!! This business is disorganized and my Mother’s Day flowers were never delivered…My online order included a personalized note to be delivered with the bouquet, however they called to inform me that they had no record of a note. A technician took record of my intended note over the phone, however Keller called AGAIN later that week asking for a personalized note to be included with the bouquet.I expected my flowers to be delivered on Saturday as ordered, however I was informed by my mother that no flowers had been delivered by Mothers Day.I called Keller inquiring as to why flowers weren’t delivered and was promised a late delivery 2 days after Mothers Day. Unfortunately, flowers still have not been delivered. I have not received further communication regarding a delivery or refund from Keller.I was excited to support a small local florist but I cannot recommend this business.

I ordered the low end florist’s choice bouquet and couldn’t be happier. The flowers were for my six year old niece, who broke her foot. They were bright. They were beautiful and the bouquet was much larger than expected. She was over the moon. I also placed the order around 10:30 in the morning, and they arrive to by 3:30 that same afternoon With a completely reasonable delivery charge. Fantastic job.

Really nice flowers and very kind staff. I had an issue ordering from the UK for an anniversary but after a discussion in-store they couldn't be more willing to help out in anyway they could. Very happy with the service.

I may spell her name incorrectly, but Deneeta was absolutely awesome! A blessing in disguise most definitely. It’s my mom’s first Mother’s Day without my dad and every where else was so busy at the moment and the one order I placed stated it would be delivered AFTER Mother’s Day. Deneeta took my order and saved the day! So happy I called in and I am sure the arrangement will be Absolutely Gorgeous. I live out of town and cannot deliver personally. So thankful once again for Deneeta!

OMG!!! I have never been this excited over a flower arrangement, but not only were the flowers beautiful, they are now exactly two weeks old and they are still looking great. When do flowers ever last that long?? I will be recommending Keller florist to everyone.

I ordered online the day before my anniversary. I had to call to confirm some details and found out that they don’t start delivering until after 3pm which wouldn’t work since my wife works at a school.They said that they’d see what they could do about getting them delivered earlier.I never got a call back but my wife texted before noon that they had arrived. Thank you very much for being so accommodating Keller Florist!! The arrangement is beautiful!

I used their website to order flowers for my friend who just moved into a new home. The flowers arrived with no card even though I had filled one out on their website. They were left on the doorstep so she didn't even know which florist. She also said the bouquet looked to be about the equivalent of a grocery store bouquet. I didn't pay $93 for that.Then, I got an automatic email from Keller Florist asking me to leave a review. I wrote one up, but their website does not allow you to post it.I'm giving them two stars instead of one because they did deliver a bouquet on the date they were supposed to. (And that's a low bar).
