I would not recommend this shop. The young man in the showroom has a real attitude and talked down to me rather than answering my questions professionally.

Excellent shop. A small little local shop that manages to stay competitive. I had an oval stand-mirror fixed and they did an immaculate job with the glass. They even went above and beyond and did a small repair to the frame as well. Would not ever recommend anyone else.

Ordered glass and they never called to tell me it was ready. They told us it would a week. After not hearing from them for 2 weeks, we called them. They argued with us that they had called us, they admitted they had not called. We damaged 3 on installation, and brought them 200 miles back home to be remade. They then argued that I ordered the wrong size, then realized I did not. Their mistake.
Asking for some compensation, I was told that I would not be charged for their mistake.
Not going back and don't recommend you do business there.

Today I had a beautiful shower door installed by two gentleman from Keller Glass. They arrived on time and did the job in less than an hour. Thank you.

I have been going to these people for the last 5 months since I moved around the Keller area. This place is very reasonably priced and they deliver in the time they mention at the time of placing order. I wanted to review them because they have less than 4 starts but I believe they deserve better more people should go to them when they need a piece of glass or a mirror.

After reading the reviews I was concerned. I have used them several times and always took longer than expected. Now the phone just rings and goes to a fax noise. I like to shop local but they arent giving the service expected so I will not even waste my time.

A few years ago I purchased glass from another business. It was for a desktop and required an angle and hole. This other business, came out multiple times with pieces that didn’t fit or were cut wrong. They left dirt underneath it which I could never remove. Recently, I had to replace it and called Keller Glass instead. They had just installed a glass on a new build and it was perfect! Once again they did not disappoint! They gave me a one hour window, so I could plan my day accordingly which I appreciate. They are on time, pay attention to detail (made sure this glass was clean and even removed a speck I didn’t see) and are professional. They got it right the first time! Thanks Tony and Matt for excellent service once again!

worst experiences, I ordered couple of custom glass shelves. on fab 20th, and paid in full for them, been told will take a week to come in, been calling them back to follow up, leave messages. no call back or answers, I showed up this morning at their office. the guys in the front weren't professional. arguing with me that I ordered on the 28th. and my receipt says the 20th.then they told me will take another 2 weeks, and they told me this is life, full of stories, and I canceled my order, what a waste of time. very rode .

I've been using Keller Glass and Mirror frequently over the past 10 years and have always had great service. I've never had a bad experience with the crew there. Highly recommend.

Keller glass and mirror did me a huge favor...replacing my 1954 VW side mirror glass..it was a small job for them..but big time for me..even though they didnt make much $..they took the job seriously..

They did not show up to their first appointment when they said they would. When I called, they said they just forgot to give my paperwork to the driver. Because I drove an hour to be at the house for them when we agreed, I asked that they work with me and have someone come out asap. They told me the soonest they can have someone come out would be 6 days from now. That was the same amount of time it took for my original appointment. I understand that mistakes happen, it’s what the company does to rectify the mistakes that you truly see how good a company is. In this company’s case, in my opinion they failed miserably.

Had mirrors and shower doors installed. Did have to wait several weeks, but the installation and cost were great. Highly recommend and would use Keller Glass again in the future.

Ask for Chris! This wonderful man did a great job with a DIY project I could not get support with from Home Depot, Lowes nor Ace Hardware! & the awesome customer service experience just makes me want to figure out what other project I can get into just to go back there!
