Too expensive here and bad customer service

I feel so lucky to have found Keller Pharmacy. I was prescribed a compounded Rx last year and went to a different pharmacy that was near the doctor's office. It was a horrible experience with long waits (up to a week) for refills and billing issues. I thought I was just going to have to stop my meds. Then I found Keller Pharmacy. They have the best staff!! They do same day refills, automatic refills, and the quality of the compound is much easier to use. The same prescription here costs 30% less than the previous pharmacy.

Their turnaround time on compounded prescriptions is amazing!!! Same or next day every time! I’ve had to wait 2-3 business days every time for a different pharmacy to refill this same prescription.

Finally found a pharmacist that is competent. Efficient and knowledgeable. We had used Kroger for years but like everything else today the service has gotten worse and we felt we were just a number. I had seen this pharmacy for quite sometime and thought I would give them a try. I’m so glad I did!!! High recommend!

After having issues with consistency and accuracy at another compounding pharmacy in the area I found Keller Pharmacy. It is just what I was looking for. It’s a simple pharmacy counter with two very kind and knowledgeable pharmacists that run it. No one else. I love that they can focused on getting my prescription filled without the chaos that a lot of big chain pharmacies bring. The opportunity to ask them questions and not feel rushed is why I will give them my business.

I highly recommend Keller Pharmacy for both compounded and other prescription meds, they provide excellent quality, customer service and great value. I use several compounded medications for HRT, 2 years ago I decided to shop around for a different pharmacy because of quality and cost issues with my provider at the time. I requested quotes from 5 local compounding pharmacies. Keller Pharmacy was very responsive with a comprehensive reply and very competitive pricing, and they assured me they use the best quality raw material to compound HRT meds. This was very important to me due to the inconsistent quality of my previous pharmacy.Since choosing Keller Pharmacy over 2 years ago I’ve been extremely pleased. Great professional customer service, quality, price, meds always on time, and they proactively work with my Doctor on refill authorizations. Overall excellent service!!

Our infant son’s medication ceased to be made by the manufacturer which left us with the only option of changing medications despite the first one working so well for him. Keller Pharmacy was the only pharmacy I called willing to order the ingredients to create the liquid suspension for him. They had his prescription ready within 24 hours of my call. We are forever grateful, and will be returning for all our prescription needs.
