It is a nice place but they raise their prices at least once per year. The price you start with will become very expensive in a few month. They obviously do not care what you think as a customer. They simply raise the price and you either live with it or leave. They don’t care.

I wanted to say Outrig RV in Keller was a great experience to visit with Diamond the Manager there. It's a very clean place and Diamond gave us the best customer service. I will recommend anyone looking for storage lease to see Diamond.

Poorly managed business. Rental rates are high and there is no one available on the weekends to assist renters. The gate security code was changed without notifying the renters. I had to cancel my vacation because I couldn't get to my trailer. Thanks Outrig! Nice work!

Would give it 5 stars but buyer beware if u aren’t in the west storage you WILL NOT BE ALLOWED to use the RV washing station, same ownership and all but ur denied access to that side to wash your rig! Paying over 220$ a month and not allowed access for an hour to the west lot to wash my rig it’s absolutely ridiculous!

Great place but buyer beware if YOU ARE NOT ON THE WEST LOT YOU WONT BE ALLOWED TO USE THE RV WASH STATION! I pay $220 a month but since I'm in the east lot nope sorry you can't use the facility even though it's under the same ownership! Get rid of this one rule 5 stars but unfortunately for now it's a 1 star storage place

Attempted to get storage for my 1998 RV and Keller RV Storage would not allow my RV to be stored there because it was not 2010 or newer. My RV is not junk, it was $450K new and certainly does not look old. I showed pictures to the clerk and she did not have any issues with the looks of the RV. I was told a couple day's later my RV was too old for the facility. I certainly understand they do not want junk at the lot. As we drove through the lot to look at the available spot, I saw a 1970's GMC that was not in good shape at all. Looks like a Double Standard with Keller RV Storage. I was offered another lot up the street but it does not have concrete pad throughout. In my opinion, it is overpriced for what you get. These are my opinions only.

Keller RV Storage is a great place to store your RV or other large vehicle. Its a gated storage facility with 24 hr access. All spaces are covered with some individually enclosed with remote operated garage doors and 20 amp electricity available at each space. There is a dump station with non-potable water to flush out your black and gray tanks along with potatable water and air. And there is a large wash bay with scaffolding on each side to make roof cleaning possible. All sites have concrete pads and the roads are all paved. The facility has security cameras and individual security codes to access the storeage area. It's a great place with great staff.
