Such a positive vibe, great selection, nice to be able to resell back to Kid2Kid-and the best cause ever! Update: great furniture, toys, and clothes; plus they even carry soccer cleats!

I will never sell or purchase anything here again. I brought in name brand items in perfect condition. The lady purchasing had the audacity to tell me she couldn't take anything because it wasn't freshly laundered. Everything I brought them came from the dryer! I am so offended. They had purchased jeans with holes in the knees and the edges like the jeans had been dragged from them being too long.

Great store and price for a growing kiddo that’s changing sizes every few months. Highly recommend

I have shopped at Kid2Kid in Keller for 8 years. I have always sold here with no issue and fair prices. This time around, they took almost ALL of my nice, brand new children's books estimated at $30 by used retail standards and gave me $4.80 for it all. I tried to respectfully ask for my items back as it was essentially theft. I was told that they were not going to give me my items back regardless of their absolutely insane lowball offer, and it ended in a frustrating and angering encounter with the manager Ciara, who was entirely unhelpful, rude, and condescending. She also only offered an email address when I asked for the General Manager's contact info. I absolutely escalated the situation and they outright refused to give me my items back. I went and found 3 of my books on the shelf and after 20+ mins of arguing, they refunded me a grand total of less than $1 and let me take my 3 books back. The others were nowhere to be found and Ciara was entirely (and proudly) unwilling to try and find said items when it was obvious they, indeed, COULD give me back my items but chose not to. This is straight up theft and I am disgusted and disappointed in Kid2Kid Keller for allowing such practices. I will NEVER shop here or sell here again, and I will make damn sure everyone in the country if I have to, knows the dishonesty of this corporation, and specifically the Keller location. I am escalating this to corporate as well and refuse to let this go. I am unbelievably angry, have every right to be, and have the time for it. Thank God for Once Upon a Child & Half-Price Books because I will never step foot in ANY Kid2Kid location ever again.

Don’t go to this place! They want to buy your brand new stuff for 50cents and then resell it for $9.99! Such a scam! They are reselling like if it were brand new items and the store is dirty and has a bad odor!

They are going to quote you an hour to have your stuff ready and then it’s really going to take 4 hours and no one is going to have an explanation on why it’s taking so long to go through your stuff. Don’t waste your time

I'll edit to add again:
In a North Richland Hills mom's Facebook group, they decided to post that they were going to be hiring people for a mass inventory at one of their locations, but they would not be compensating in money and instead in store credit towards their store. This was reviewed by someone in the group who actually is a specialist in labor law and she made it clear to everyone in that group that this was very illegal. Please make sure you're checking and not just going based off of what people who want to get something out of you are trying to say.
Edited to add: now this company is attempting to quote" hire people to do Mass inventory for them, but instead of paying them in cash they're offering quote" high-paying store credit"
This is very illegal as Texas workforce and labor laws say that you have to be compensated in a way that is listed in-law with your local and state representatives.
Ban! Ban! Ban!
I used to come here all the time not just to sell my children's old clothes but to purchase them new clothes with the credit that I would receive. Last time I came in they had severely undercut me even though I brought them. Good condition, brand name, clothing. I think for about a full bin and a half to two bins worth I got 40 bucks. I went in today to try and purchase some clothes for my children and they have skyrocketed prices no longer. Can you find anything that costs a dollar? Everything is insanely expensive and they even leave the tags on some of this clothing. I saw something today in store. It was a set of champion clothing, a t-shirt and a short set. And even though the brand new price tag on it said $16 they wanted $14.99 for it. They aren't actually a soft resale shop. They're scamming us and I hate that this is what the store is turned into.

*false advertising
We of course came in to purchase some clothes for my son, but they had Lego mini figures that caught my husband’s eye. All of them were on the less common side so he was pretty excited! He asked both associates working if they were authentic Lego (the ones in display case looked to be), and they said they were and even added “yes, we buy them directly from the Lego store.” Although that seemed odd, especially coming from someone who has a vast collection, he asked for 3 of the figures. The associate proceeds to pull out bags of them. Especially odd because of how rare these pieces were!
We purchased them, but when we got in the car, immediately my husband says they’re fake. Looks like they had been purchased from Temu or Shein. He said the ones in the display were authentic but the ones they give people are not! Poor business ethics and false advertising. People can be pretty serious about Lego products, so I feel like they need to be told they’re not authentic.

So great to be able to buy and sale gently used kids clothing and items. They make it easy to bring clothing in to sale for cash or store credit. Always tell all of my friends about it since these kiddos grow so fast and we are constantly growing our of good clothing.
