Such bad customer service I talked with Mindy today and she didn't even try to help with any solution on prescription that I filled in the past and was transferred to Albertsons from fella that is usually there now that the price is cheaper by 30 bucks I was just wanting to verify the goodrx coupon would work , never had a chance she basically shut me down without even trying .When I go in I will talk to someone else. This Kroger continues to slip in service use to be our go to not anymore. I honestly would rate 0 if it would allow.

So far so good I have not had any issues with this pharmacy everyone has been exceptionally nice. And they've gone out of their way to do their job without having an attitude. I've been impressed with the staff.

The Best staff at the pharmacy on Rufe Snow. DAX,NOAH,ASHLEY,BRITNEY ,TESSA, STEPHANIE,I can’t remember all their aes I see their name tags . Kind and helpful ! I don’t know who the head pharmacist is I think DAX Whoever it is their the Best. Been going there for five or more years. It’s close to my home and they are very helpful ! I’m a senior and they remind me and help me with my meds vacine and just help me !! ??

Went here to fill a prescription. Had my good RX Coupon, The cashier tried to honor the coupon. The register wouldn.t take the price. Everything was cool till he told me a lie that that price was only good for 1 millimeter, the bottle is 5 millimeters, what are you going to do, squeeze 1 millimeter out of the bottle?. I then showed him the prescription said 5 millimeters. So he just told me a total lie. I then called the store manager and voice my complaint. He told me that the pharmacy is like a store in the store and he doesn't have much control. He then called me back and said he couldn't do anything at all and offered me a $25 coupon. If you are not going to honor the Good RX price, why are you on there. Went accroos the strret To CVS and used the good RX coupon with no problems at all.

I worked in the pharmacy department and was discriminated and harassed. I tried to file a complaint no one could help me but then a false complaint was made against me to where I was suspened. So I never went back. I need info on who I should contact as I plan on legal action. I'm very disappointed to the point I dont even want to shop with kroger anymore. please contact me email is

Unfortunately they are very inconsistent. One time you go they are so nice and helpful. Other times you go you barely get a hello and obvious they don’t want to be there . We have used them for years but if this continues we will change pharmacy’s .
