I DO NOT recommend the Keller Kroger at Rufe Snow & 1709 nor Store manager, Raymond Trevino nor Kroger online customer service Supervisor, Monique I am a disabled senior who depends on senior transportation services for grocery runs. Rides must be placed two weeks in advance. Not feeling well the night before because of my illness, I ordered an online pickup order in the middle of the night. I picked up my order with transportation services. Arrived home to find my order, my two weeks worth of produce, most were severely spoiled. I immediately called Kroger & spoke to the manager, Raymond Trevino. I explained the situation & my upset for the carelessness of the store, produce manager & shopper of my order. Many were visually bad, soft, (including 3 frozen cucumbers) & spoiled fresh produce! Much was visually obvious through the packaging & individual hand picked items. I said I have pictures to send. He gave me his email address & I did, w my phone number to be updated on the new produce delivery. He said he would pick fresh items & have them delivered to me for free since I have no family near or way to come back to the store. I waited. He did NOT keep his word. He said this was the first time anyone ever complained about the produce there. He condescendingly ended the call by sarcastically saying "YOU have a blessed day!" After reading all the comments here, it's obvious, I am not their first complaint about this location. Raymond Trevino did NOT keep his word. At all. I never heard a word back! I called the Kroger company customer service, asked for a Supervisor. I spoke to Monique & explained again. She apologized & refunded me for my bad produce & said she would additionally credit my account to cover delivery cost so I may reorder & have them delivered to me. She also did NOT do this. I won't ever shop Keller Kroger at Rufe Snow & 1709 again. I wish Kroger home office would pay attention to these posts and do something about the stores giving them a very bad name. With so much grocery competition, hard to believe they don't care to lose customers. People in my situation can't get to the store to replenish my well needed produce.

I literally only needed water bottles and guess what? They had them right by the door waiting for me! Plenty of cases. Easy in and out trip! And the cashier was awesome!

Needs to have health inspector check this place for health hazards. Management needs to be retrained or terminated. The majority of employees at the Keller location need training in customer service. Anytime there are good employees who give good customer service they do not last long at this location. Maybe even close this location. Expired food, moldy produce, rude management. Karts blocking isles. This store needs retraining and reset it is more expensive at Tom Thumb but they are less belligerent

Do not ever order for online delivery. I have the entire scenario filmed on my platform for my 4 .17 million subscribers gain the experience without the suffrage. If it snows in this loser state of texas , where none of the toothless inbreeds, in this state can do or function as half a$$ folks, believe no driver making only $2.50!/ hour will process and deliver your groceries. So they won't refund the missing orders that were placed for delivery . Not does Kroger allow the tips and the delivery fee be paid to their hard working drivers . I ought to know as much used to be one of their drivers many years ago before I married a brilliant surgeon . Krogers will use the funds that their customers donate to charity that Kroger lies about to gain free funds to gain in donations. So to get out of paying taxes folks. Trust me , I'm not your above average beauty Miss . USA . I'm telling you based on experience.

I wish they would update this store. It definitely needs it. I only go there because it is close toMy house but if I am driving by the Kroger at N Tarrant and davis I stop there. So more choices and so much cleaner.

Some people!
Today I was walking thru the produce section of Kroger on Keller Pkwy. I noticed this woman yapping on the phone. She had two containers of fresh strawberries open and she was culling them….making one box full of choice berries and the other less desirable. ARE YOU KIDDING ME!!!

Wow! There is two long lines to check out! How about opening the other self check out if you only have one cashier?

Kroger to take away paid Covid benefits, add insurance surcharges for unvaccinated employees. Maybe us unvaccinated should stop shopping at Kroger, to support the prejudiced unvaccinated Kroger workers?

This is the Kroger I almost exclusively shop at. It is a smaller one but can find pretty much everything I need at this one and have found the employees tend to me friendly & nice here compared to other Krogers. I typically do clicklist & pick up my order. I almost always have a good experience & they substitute with higher quality/quantity items if the item I requested was out of stock. The store is clean and well maintained. They have two self check out areas which is where I typically buy my items.

Super friendly service here on Saturday mornings. You ask for where something is, the people know where it is right away. Very friendly cashiers and service. The store looks pretty clean and well organized. I can't really see any issues with store. Now mind you I visited on a Saturday morning right before 9am. Which may or may not factor in my experience. Overall I'll come back if I'm in the area for my cleaning and grocery needs.

Very clean store nice layout, even the crickets chirping made shopping peaceful LOL. I just want to give a special kudos to the woman working self checkout today. She was very helpful with regard to my coupon and me having to take a few items off because I read the sign incorrectly. There was quite a few people in self check out that needed help and waiting to get in check out but she was maintaining & keeping her cool all the while being helpful. I have worked for Kroger before and I know how stressful this job can be, keep up the good work.

Must of been out of everything because of the 100+ car pile up the other day so trucks couldn't get in for them to restock the shelves. Or everyone was panic buying again because it's supposed to be below freezing for a day or 2.

I shop at this Kroger at least twice a week. Great store with helpful employees. Never have any issues with produce or expired product.

Horrible customer service. I had products not ring up at the sale price so I went in to get my refund. The older lady that came up to help me would not go behind the counter where there was a shield. I had to show her my receipt and she stood back unable to see the receipt. I told her which products and we walked around the store for her to see it herself. Although the signs were clearly right on the products she refused to give me a refund stating,"it won't be very much back." I guess $5+ is nothing to her. She stopped to talk to another employee who was not working at the time and then walked off from me. I'm sure there are some great employees who work there but she is not one of them.

Have purchased yogurt products on two different occasions only to find out that they had expired. In one case, the yogurt had expired by a few months! Was able to return the products, but with no apologies and no sense that they took this violation seriously. My family and I will be shopping elsewhere.
