“Update: I've been thinking about this card issue and not getting my money back. I had quarters, But they force you to buy the card. I'm filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. If this happened to you, you should too. I'm no longer giving this a 5:star rating. 0 stars. B & B needs to do the right thing. Don't go here. Clean machines, wash fast. Range between $3.75 to $5.75 a load. I had $10 on a card and was told the storm messed up their card readers. That means my $10 is gone. Didn't offer to reimburse, she said they have no way of knowing what was on the cards. So word to the wise.”
