Went in to ask about a pump for an above ground pool. They do have lots of items ppl would need, but I didn't see the pump I needed. I walked the whole store, but no one asked if I needed help. I waited in line to ask questions. (2 associates at registers and each had a customer) Another customer came in as one customer finished and left. That associate walked away and didn't acknowledge me, but saw the man come in and took him to her register. I left.

Horrible customer service. Won’t answer questions. Put you on hold for ten minutes but you can hear them answering other phone calls??? Can’t get info on what they have in stock. Have never run into this at any of the other stores. Go to Haslet or Southlake, much better customer service.

Supposed to be open at 9am. Just now waited around for 15 minutes and no one showed up to unlock the door. There are better places.

Xavier was super helpful in getting a spare part for our pool vacuum! Helped me load the car after putting it on and everything. Thank you Leslie’s for always helping.

So I went into Leslie’s Keller, Tx…I was needing a part that my Polaris hose attaches to in the pool wall…I had been to 3 others but the Keller store had the part…so I asked Amanda what would be causing water to come out of the back of the connector and she said, “…there is probably a fracture in the threading…” so I got home and when I tried to unscrew the part to replace, the threads broke off in the fitting…easy fix to get out BUT it was Amanda’s part knowledge and willingness to share that info that saves the day…and at check out Jackson saw I had enough “points” so the part was paid for…now that my friends is service above and beyond! Keller store is my new go to Leslie’s! Great job y’all!!!

Vicki has been very helpful in my transition from pool service to self service. So far her advice has been spot on and I could not have made the change without her support.

The Keller location is my favorite location. I feel like I get better service here than other Leslie’s . Went today to pick up a few small things and was greeted by a nice young man who made sure to help me find each item I needed. I was in and out in minutes and the personal service was very nice.

Terrible customer service! I came in to buy some pool salt so I stood by the register and waited for 15 minutes as she was with a customer. I did not get greeted or I’ll be with you in a moment. I get it your busy but you are able to answer the phone while your helping that customer. After her transaction she still did not acknowledge me and finished up helping the person on hold on the phone. Then again she answered another call and that is when I walked out. I stood there for about 20 minutes! So I took my business elsewhere.
