This is Lowes in Keller Texas. Not sure way it says Santa Monica. Stay away from Lowes and their supposed Premium Cabinets Schuler. They do not care about their customers. I tried to contact the President via email and continued to copy him on every email I sent throughout this entire ordeal never once did he respond or have anyone with authority contact me that was serious about resolving my issue. The quality of the cabinets is very poor and built incorrect.The work performed was for complete cabinets in the kitchen with appliance including a double oven, microwave, and dishwasher. Original order date was October 2021. Due to availability the initial install was set for May 2022. Several of the cabinets that came in were damaged and had to be reordered. Once the installers finally got here to install the cabinets they noticed several problems with the product. At this point our entire kitchen had already been demolished and was unusable so they installed the product anyway. Our microwave had not come in either so we had to wait on that. Lowes had to have many of the cabinets remade and sent the manufacturer rep by our house to look at the quality of the product. At that time they agreed to send out a company to correct the paint and stain once they got the cabinets corrected. Over the course of the next year and a half I have been working with Lowes Executive Support to try and get some resolution. They continued to send in cabinets that we're damaged. The last set of cabinets that were sent in damaged were supposed to be reordered but we found out they never were. I sent a list of all of the issues with pictures to Lowes on several different occasions and they recognize they are at fault. They tried to send us a resolution for $3,000 but that doesn't even cover the cost of paint and stain. there are still cabinets that need to be install and fixed that were built incorrectly and of substandard quality. The settlement offer I sent to Lowe's $12,505 which is the cost for all of the damaged product. This project cost us almost $43,000 and Lowes has not fulfilled their obligation to complete the work with a quality finish. The gas stove top that was installed had the wrong oraficies installed so the flames almost burned my daughter when she tried to cook. the paint on the doors has poor coverage and the primer is showing through. Very dissatisfied with and would highly discourage anyone from using Lowes. I am just getting this posted now because I have been trying diligently to work through Lowes to resolve these issues.

Lifetime warranty on craftsman tools? Forget about it. More like, "Buy craftsman tools and maybe possibly come in and get it warrantied about after arguing with the miserable customer service workers." The policy has been confirmed several times by your management.. if Lowe's no longer sells the tool being warrantied, the next CLOSEST tool is given to the customer instead. It's always a battle to get your tools warrantied ESPECIALLY at this location! Idk what her name is but the African American girl in customer service (wearing the dirty sweat pants to work?) was rude to me and the other 2 people ahead of me. If you're miserable, go work somewhere else!

This Lowe's is terrible now. All they have is 4 self checkouts. Stupid inefficient so Lowe's can eek out a little more profit. Might switch to Home Depot

Devon and her team at the Keller TX store are truly amazing! They recognized me as a frequent shopper and made sure to take care of me when a return mishap took place. I love that they hire so many veterans that are happy to greet and help you. Although the competitor is nearby, the wood and light selection at Lowe's is so much better. I will remain a frequent shopper of this store!

Lowes on Precinct Line Garden Centers employees are super helpful, I just spoke to Christian and he answered all my questions, let me know when the best time to get my plants was. The employees are always helping load supplies, DeAngelo is one of them even in this summer heat! I

Wish I could give half a star!!! This place cares nothing about the customers that need to use an electric cart. The isles are cluttered with crap making it hard to maneuver them. That is if you are lucky enough to get their only electric cart. I spoke with someone who said they were management and was told that they cost too much to get more. Do you know how much-disabled veterans spend (spent) in your store? I guess I will goto Home Depot they have more carts and wider isles.

Nonchalant manager. Sloppily dressed in old T-shirt. Poor communication skills. Unfriendly. Only one handicapped cart and it was uncharged. The rest were out being repaired. A few employees were friendly and helpful working in the aisles. This Lowes used to be so much better than the local Home Depot. Now the reverse is true. This is Memorial day weekend......get it together or you will lose more customers.

Don't apply for a credit card here. They will lie and say it's zero percent interest but when they submit it they won't apply their false advertising lie and charge you interest. They also won't send you any bills in the mail to to show that they didn't give you the promotional rate and when you find out they ignore your calls and corporate won't do anything to help. DO NOT SPEND MONEY HERE. Still waiting after 6 weeks for someone to take accountability.

What a horrible store to do business with if you are counting on them to uphold their delivery. While the driver, Jorge, was exemplary, their management and lack of anything resembling customer service drag it down to one star for me. They won't even answer their phone! I was on hold for so long, I finally just drove to the store, still on hold, talked to a manager, Ray, who was worse than worthless, all the while still on hold. I asked him if he thought this was appropriate. His response? "I don't know". Well I do. It's a big fat no, it's not appropriate. They only want your money. Do yourself a favor. Give it to someone else.

I like a good hardware store, and expect to wait in a line to speak with an associate to ask a question, but I don't like to get to the checkouts and not have anyone at a lane. I don't care how much money a store might save for self-checkouts, it is extremely poor customer service. This is the reason I don't shop more with Lowes. If a store doesn't want to take care of me, why should I spend my money on them? And this is the reason they barely receive a 3-star rating from me. Sad.

If it could be negative it would be.Everyone just blames the person not in front of you. Do not expect them to contact you back let alone try to fix any issues. Once they have your cash they no longer care. They installed the wrong fence and only used 1/2 the concrete they should have. They just left the rest on a palette for months.Still waiting on regional mng to respond to emails and phone calls. Ben a few months. Find a local installer, bigger is not better.

I went into the Keller. Texas Lowes to purchase a ceiling fan. Lowes had a ceiling fan on display (item # 883805). It was displayed with a light on it and advertised for $99.98 (there was a sign showing $99.98). I asked the Lowes rep to confirm the price (to make sure the sign was for that particular fan) and he said it was. . . He then attempted to assist me in getting the fan but it did not have the light with it. The light shown on the display fan was in a separate box (item 1100336) for an additional $54.98. He asked me to wait for a minute. He came back with an assistant manager on duty. He pointed out that in small print below the item number it say "optional." The problem with this is that you cannot read it. I am six foot tall and the small typeface and angle made it impossible for me to read it. I told this to the AM and he did not appear to care that the customers cannot read that. . . I pointed out other ceiling fans that had no lights and that it appeared that this was just a new form of bait and switch. This is analogous to going to a car dealership and ordering a car and when you are signing the paperwork the finance manager asks Would you like a windshield for your car. That is only another $500. How about a steering wheel? . . . I asked if the GM would be in tomorrow and was told that he was going to be out for a week (I don't know if I actually believe him or not). . . I had to get this light tonight and had no other option but to pay the additional $54.98 (plus tax). What Lowes did by advertising the product like that was WRONG!!!!! For someone in a position of authority (the AM) to treat their customers with indifference and presenting an attitude like he was doing me a favor by allowing me to shop in his store is just as bad. Rather than being a Brand Ambassador for Lowes, it is people like him that makes want to do business elsewhere (with companies that value their customers). . .

I cancelled an installation service over a month ago and they now are trying to charge me. Corporate Customer Service is nothing but red tape and after being transferred to three different departments because we don't handle that I found out that I had to call the store. I called the store and they answered and asked if they could put me on a brief hold. 15 min. later I am still on hold. Been at this for over an hour this morning. Lowes lost a customer for life and Home Depot has gained a customer for life.
