Place is always super busy, employees both at the Denton and Keller locations are always put out and have attitudes about everything. Not very knowledgeable over the phone and prices are not competitive. Came here to get my 10 hour oil change kit for an sd revolt and was told it was well over $80 just for the two bottles of oil and a filter! Why? Amazon is way cheaper. Also got quoted 6-8 weeks for a simple repair on a mower… who’s got time for that? Won’t be getting my money or business here.

The staff at LSM in Keller are always friendly, knowledgeable, and responsive to any and all needs I have. I recently purchased a Scag from there and they shared their expertise and helped me purchase the right configuration and not make a mistake, with the direction I was leaning.
