Their curbside ordering system definitely needs improvement. They had about 2 employees in the whole store and no one knew I had been waiting outside for a while. When I went inside, the order was missing and finally, someone found my items in what appeared to be an abandoned cart. ?

Don't use curbside, ever. I used the app to let them know I was on my way. When I got there I sent notification that I was outside. I didn't start counting until I noticed people who walked in while I was waiting were coming back out with their bags. This location completely ignored my notification. Needless to say, I waited 15 minutes and two notifications that I was there. I left. This is the second time this location has done this. Unfortunately, I was not appropriately dressed to go in this time.
Don't offer a service you don't plan on actually offering.

Not a fan of the new self check out system... Had to hunt down an employee to make a return. But overall store is well kept!

The first time i ever came to Michaels and there are zero plastic models to buy. I have spent so much money and decades of purchasing models. And they stopped carrying them. What a damn shame.

Went in because they had new stained glass supplies. Store is very clean and plenty of friendly staff to help. I also like the new self check out they have.

Could bot find the sewing needles I needed. Walmart has the same ones as Michael's amd in a better price.

Was not impressed with the overall standing in line.Doing the own check out.Workers are talking with each other.They get at least help the customers unload their cards.

I haven't had a bad experience yet at this store. The staff are always nice and friendly and they are usually good at keeping everything in stock. The store is also very clean and well organized.
