I haven't had a bad experience yet at this store. The staff are always nice and friendly and they are usually good at keeping everything in stock. The store is also very clean and well organized.

I love this particular location. Friendly staff and lots of good sales! Interacting yesterday with a really sweet cashier -i wish I'd caught her name! I had a return and it's so easy to return something here, which is important to me considering returns just about everywhere else has turned into a nightmare!! Just great customer service and good experiences every time I shop here!

While checking out at self checkout at the store. I needed help with the pricing of an item. I looked around and couldn’t find an employee. I think searched the whole store for one as my husband waited by the cash register.After searching for a while I called out in the employees only area to see if there was an employee anywhere to help. I was then met with who I found out later was the manager named Megan. She was incredibly rude. She told me I can’t be back there because it says employees only. While talking to her I walked out to the regular store and just explained I needed some help at the register and there were no employees in the store. She then said again, I wasn’t aloud to go past that door and while rolling her eyes at me said she would call someone to help. She then completed our conversation by turning her back to me and going back to the employees only room.We then we’re helped by a very friendly young lady at the front who explained the pricing and made it make since. I still am floored by the rudeness of the manager of this store. So unnecessary to treat people like this.

Two ladies both under twenty was total number of staff. One ran the register and self checkout and the other appeared to be pulling orders and would not recognize or offer to help any customers.Apparently the new self checkout isn't intuitive as the one register person spent most of her time helping them.There were quite a few shoppers needing help. Not a good look. Went to Walmart where I was quickly helped.

What happened to this Micheal’s! Went on Sunday right after they opened only 1 checkout employee working as everything else is self checkout period. There were no carts/baskets not one. I guess you hold your items and checkout all while holding your items. The store looked trashed. I realize it was Sunday at noon but it’s apparent the store is dirty and the employee don’t even care. I ask 2 employees where items were and they never looked up from their task and just said if there are any they would be somewhere over there or I’m not sure. Neither offered any help. Since there were no baskets (not sure where they all were) and the staff was so unfriendly we just left. Clean up this store it use to be nice.

Customer service is impeccable and they will stop if you ask them where something is during their shift. Love this store.

I saw they had buy 1 get 1 free frames for home frames by Studio Decor (see attached pic) & when I got to the counter with my 11 different sized frames they refused to honor the signage of the store. The said that was only for "home frames" which is a style of frame apparently??However, when I went over there to double check those frames were actually called "Home Maison" frames, which is where the confusion lies. They should update the signage so people don't waste their time.Update: I went to Micheals website & ordered the same frames for pick up & got the coupon that the store refused to honor added on, turns out the lady at the store was being super unhelpful bc the coupon was actually valid for the products I chose.

I want to recognize Josh for his top level of service today. I had a question regarding the prices on my receipt verses the advertised prices. He was absolutely attentive with such a calm demeanor. He needs a raise or a promotion, because you do not see such service anymore. I hope this young man endeavors his goals!!
